Mizoram Police has entered the world record book for outstanding work
- In Mizoram, one of the northeastern states, the police seized 468 foreign smuggled animals last May. Last June, they seized and destroyed 930 kg 229 grams of drugs. This duty and commitment of the Mizoram Police Department has been listed in the British Book of World Records.
- For this the most prestigious Gold Edition 2022 certificates have been awarded to Mizoram Police Department. The certificates were received by CIT DIG Bhu Lal Huliana Fanai on behalf of Mizoram Police. The main objective of the World Record Book Organization is to record and honor world-class achievements.
- For our Navy, the Vertically Launched Short Range Missile (VLSRSMA) has been designed by the Army Research and Development Organization (DRDO). It is developed entirely with indigenous technology. This missile test took place near Chandrapur in Odisha yesterday.
- DRTO said that the test was successful. For this, the Minister of Defense Rajnath Singh, the Secretary of the Department of Military Research and Development and the Chairman of DRTO G. Satish Reddy have expressed their appreciation.

- Kothari-Phoenix Accord Company signed MoUs for Rs.1,200 crore investment for footwear production, Rs.500 crore investment for ready-to-use model environment, and Rs.300 crore investment for non-leather footwear production by Kothari-SEMS Group.
- Apart from this, an investment of Rs.150 crore was signed by Wagon Group for the production of equipment for leather accessories and gift accessories, and an agreement was made for an investment of Rs.100 crore in the production of non-leather shoes by Walkeroo.
- A case related to the protection of the rights of the LGBTQIA+ (LGBTQIA Plus) community and the creation of a vocabulary related to the mention of this community in the media is being heard before Justice Anand Venkatesh.
- On July 25, the Madras High Court had issued an order to the Tamil Nadu government to publish a dictionary referring to the LGBTQIA plus community within four weeks.

- Gayatri Issar Kumar, India's ambassador to the UK, retired on June 30. - At the recent meeting of the India-UK Joint Consultative Committee, an agreement was reached between India and UK on sharing experiences and best practices of those working in commercial courts and arbitral tribunals to settle contentious disputes, use of technology in case management, administration of justice and enforcement of contracts and simplified law drafting.
- It is also agreed to conduct skill development training in reputed institutes for Legal Consultants, Draftsmen, Judicial Officers, Advocates, Legal Professionals. On July 18, 2018, India and the UK signed an agreement to promote cooperation between the two countries in the field of law and justice.
- A Joint Consultative Committee was launched based on the MoU to fulfill its objectives by confirming the way forward in areas of cooperation. The third meeting of this committee was held on 18 August 2022 in New Delhi.
