- தொழில் சீர்திருத்த செயல்திட்ட அடிப்படையில் மாநிலங்கள் / யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களுக்கான மதிப்பீட்டு அறிக்கையை, மத்திய வர்த்தக தொழில் துறை அமைச்சர் பியூஷ்கோயல் முன்னிலையில் மத்திய நிதியமைச்சர் நிர்மலா சீதாராமன் டெல்லியில் வெளியிட்டார்.
- நிதியமைச்சர் நிர்மலா சீதாராமன் வெளியிட்ட இந்த பட்டியலில் தமிழ்நாடு, ஆந்திரப் பிரதேசம், குஜராத், அரியானா, கர்நாடகா, பஞ்சாப், தெலுங்கானா ஆகிய 7 மாநிலங்கள் சிறந்த முதன்மை மாநிலங்களாக திகழ்வதாக மத்திய அரசு தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
- அதேபோன்று இமாச்சல் பிரதேசம், மத்திய பிரதேசம், மகாராஷ்டிரா, ஒடிசா, உத்தரகாண்ட், உத்தரபிரதேசம் ஆகிய மாநிலங்கள் சிறந்த சாதனையாளர்கள் பிரிவிற்கு அடுத்தப்படியாக இருக்கிறது. அதாவது தொழில் சீர்திருத்த திட்டங்களை வேகமாக அமல்படுத்தி வரும் மாநிலங்களாக இருப்பதாக கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- மேலும் வணிகம் செய்வதற்கு தற்போது வளர்ந்து வரும் சூழல் பிரிவில் பீகார், சத்தீஸ்கர், டெல்லி, ஜம்மு மற்றும் காஷ்மீர் மணிப்பூர், மேகாலயா, நாகலாந்து, மற்றும் திரிபுரா ஆகிய மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் அந்தமான் மற்றும் நிக்கோபார், டாமன் டையூ, தாத்ரா, புதுச்சேரி யூனியன் பிரதேசங்கள் இருக்கின்றன.
- தொழில் சீர்திருத்த செயல்திட்டம் 2020, தகவல் பெறுதல், ஒற்றைச்சாளர நடைமுறை, தொழிலாளர், சுற்றுச்சூழல், துறை சார்ந்த சீர்திருத்தங்கள் மற்றும் வழக்கமான தொழிலுக்கான வாழ்க்கை சுழற்சி சார்ந்த பிற சீர்திருத்தங்கள் போன்ற 15 தொழில் ஒழுங்குமுறை பிரிவுகளைக் கொண்ட 301 சீர்திருத்த அம்சங்களை உள்ளடக்கியதாகும். துறை சார்ந்த சீர்திருத்தங்கள் முதன் முறையாக தொழில் சீர்திருத்த செயல்திட்டம் 2020ல் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது.
- இதில் வணிக உரிமம், சுகாதார சேவை, சட்டப்பூர்வ எடை அளவியல், திரையரங்குகள், விருந்தோம்பல், தீயணைப்பு தடையில்லா சான்றிதழ், தொலைத் தொடர்பு, திரைப்படப் படப்பிடிப்பு மற்றும் சுற்றுலா ஆகிய ஒன்பது துறைகளில் 72 சீர்திருத்தங்கள் அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டிருந்தது.
- Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman released the assessment report for the States / Union Territories on the basis of the Industrial Reforms Program in New Delhi in the presence of Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Pyushkoyal.
- According to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Punjab and Telangana are the top seven states in the list.
- Similarly, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh are the next highest achievers. That is, it has been said that they are the states that are implementing the industrial reform programs at a fast pace.
- And currently growing environment for doing business category includes the states of Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, and Tripura and Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar, Daman Diu, Dadra, Puducherry.
- The Industrial Reform Agenda 2020 includes 301 reform features in 15 industrial regulatory sectors such as access to information, unitary practice, labor, environment, sectoral reforms and other life cycle reforms for conventional industries. Sectoral Reforms The Industrial Reform Program was first introduced in 2020.
- It identified 72 reforms in nine sectors: business licensing, health services, legal weighing, theatres, hospitality, fire clearance certification, telecommunications, film shooting and tourism.
