• தேசிய அளவிலான உயர்திறன்மையங்கள் மற்றும் தொழில் முனைவோர்களைக் கொண்டமாநிலமாகவும், அதிக எண்ணிக்கையிலான தொழிற்சாலைகள் மற்றும் தொழிலாளர்களைக் கொண்ட மாநிலமாகவும் தமிழகம்உள்ளது. இதில், குறு சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தரத் தொழில் நிறுவனங்களின் பங்களிப்பு மிக அதிகமாகவுள்ளது.
• குறு சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தரத்தொழில் துறையில் திறனை மேம்படுத்தவும், உற்பத்தியைப் பெருக்கவும், நவீனத் தொழில்நுட்பங்களைப் பயன்படுத்தவும், பிரச்சினைகள் மற்றும் சவால்களுக்குத் தீர்வு காணவும், முதல்வரின் 2030-ம் ஆண்டுக்குள் ஒரு டிரில்லியன் பொருளாதாரம் என்ற இலக்கை அடையவும், தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பவியல் மற்றும் டிஜிட்டல் சேவைகள் துறையின் கீழ் செயல்படும் தமிழ்நாடு மின்ஆளுமை முகமை Valar 4.0 இணையதளத்தை உருவாகியுள்ளது.
• இந்த இணையதளத்தில் தொழில் துறையினர், சேவை வழங்குநர்கள் மற்றும் கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள், உணவு பதப்படுத்துதல், மென்பொருள், வன்பொருள் மற்றும் பொருட்களின் தொகுப்புத் தேவைகள் போன்ற பல்வேறு பிரச்சினைகள், சிக்கல்கள் மற்றும் சவால்களுக்கு யோசனைகள் மற்றும் தீர்வுகளை வழங்க வழிவகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இந்த இணையதளத்தில் 279 சேவைகள், 20 திட்டங்கள் மற்றும் 389 நிபுணர்களின், விவரங்கள் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. தமிழ்நாடு மின்னாளுமை முகமை, சென்னையில் உள்ள இந்திய தொழில்நுட்பக் கழகத்தின் (ஐஐடிஎம்) உறுதுணையுடன் இந்த இணையதளத்தை வடிவமைத்து உருவாக்கியுள்ளது.

• Tamil Nadu is a state with high level of talent and entrepreneurs at the national level and a state with a large number of factories and workers. Of these, the contribution of small and medium enterprises is very high.
• The Valar 4.0 website has been developed by the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency, which operates under the Department of Information Technology and Digital Services, to enhance the capabilities of the small and medium enterprise sector, increase productivity, use state-of-the-art technology, address issues and challenges, and achieve the Prime Minister's target of one trillion economy by 2030.
• This website is designed to provide ideas and solutions to various issues, problems and challenges such as industry, service providers and educational institutions, food processing, software, hardware and product package requirements.
• This website includes details of 279 services, 20 projects and 389 specialists. This website has been designed and developed by the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency in association with the Indian Institute of Technology (IITM), Chennai.
