- 2021ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான தேசிய அளவிலான அரசு இணைய சேவை நிர்வாக திட்டத்தின் தரவரிசைப் பட்டியல் வெளியாகியுள்ளது. அதில் மற்ற மாநிலங்களை விடவும் அதிக மதிபெண்கள் பெற்று ஒடிசா அரசு நிர்வாகம் முதலிடம் பிடித்து அசத்தியுள்ளது.
- மொத்தமாக 98 மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்று ஒடிசா மாநிலம் முதலிடம் பிடித்துள்ள நிலையில், 86 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் உத்தரப் பிரதேசம் இரண்டாம் இடத்தை பிடித்துள்ளது.
- இந்த தரவரிசைப் பட்டியலில் வளர்ந்த மாநிலங்கள் என்று கூறப்படும் மகாராஷ்டிரா, கர்நாடகா, தமிழ்நாடு மற்றும் குஜராத் ஆகியவற்றை பின்னுக்கு தள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- தேசிய அளவிலான இணைய சேவை நிர்வாக திட்டத்தின் கணக்கெடுப்பு 4 அளவுகோலாக பிரிக்கப்பட்டுளது. அதில் முதலாவது அளவுகோல் இணைய சேவையை அணுகுதல், இரண்டாவது தேடுவதற்கான உள்ளடக்கம் கிடைப்பது, மூன்றாவது எளிமையான பயன்பாடு, நான்காவது பாதுகாப்பு.
- இதில் ஒடிசா அரசு 4 அளவுகோல்களிலும் சிறப்பாக செயல்பட்டு 98 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் முதலிடத்தைப் பிடித்துள்ளது.
