Corona vaccine is not mandatory - Supreme Court orders action
- Dr. Jacob Puliel, a former member of the National Technical Advisory Committee on Side Effects, has filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court seeking information on the side effects of the vaccine.

- The order issued by the apex court bench comprising Justices L Nageswara Rao and BR Kawai said that the Constitution gives individuals the right to make decisions regarding their bodies.
- Therefore, no one should be forced to be vaccinated. As long as the risk of infection is low, those who are not vaccinated should not be restricted from going to public places.
- Orders already issued should be withdrawn. Information on the side effects of vaccination should be made public on the public site.
