• நீதிமன்றத் தீர்ப்பாணைகள், ஆணைகள் இவற்றைச் செயலுறுத்துதலும் வெளிக்கொணர்தல் முதலியவை குறித்த ஆணைகளும் ஆகும்.
• உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் தனது அதிகாரத்தைச் செலுத்துகையில், தன்முன் முடிவுறாநிலையிலுள்ள வழக்கு அல்லது பொருட்பாடு எதிலும் நிறைவுறு நீதி நிலையுறச்செய்வதற்குத் தேவையாகும் தீர்ப்பாணையை வழங்கலாம் அல்லது எதனையும் பிறப்பிக்கலாம்.
• அவ்வாறு வழங்கப்பட்ட தீர்ப்பாணை அல்லது பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்ட ஆணை எதுவும், நாடாளுமன்றத்தால் இயற்றப்படும் சட்டத்தாலோ அதன் வழியாலோ வகுத்துறைக்கப்படும் முறையிலும், அவ்வாறு நாடாளுமன்றம் வகைசெய்யும் வரையில், குடியரத்தலைவர் ஆணையின்வழி வகுத்துரைக்கும் முறையிலும், இந்திய ஆட்சிநிலவரை எங்கணும் செயலுறுத்தத் தகுவது ஆகும்.
• நாடாளுமன்றத்தால் இதன்பொருட்டு இயற்றப்படும் சட்டம் ஒன்றன் வகையங்களுக்கு உட்பட்டு, உச்ச நீதிமன்றம், இந்திய ஆட்சிநிலவரை முழுவதிலும் எவரையும் தன்முன் வரவழைப்பதற்காக, ஆவணங்கள் எவற்றையும் வெளிக்கொணர்வதற்காக அல்லது முன்னிலைப்படுத்துவதற்காக அல்லது தன்னை அவமதித்த குற்றம் பற்றி விசாரிக்கவோ அது குறித்துத் தண்டனை வதிக்கவோ ஆணை எதனையும் பிறப்பிப்பதற்கான அதிகாரங்கள் அனைத்தையும் உடையது ஆகும்.

ENGLISH

• Orders relating to the execution and disclosure of court judgments, orders, etc. The Supreme Court, in the exercise of its power, may issue or adjudicate any judgment necessary to establish full justice in any case or matter which is pending before it.
• Any such decree or order so issued shall be binding on the Government of India anywhere, in the manner prescribed by Parliament or by way of enactment by Parliament, and, until so classified by Parliament, by order of the President.
• The Supreme Court has all the powers to summon anyone across the Indian jurisdiction, to expose or expose any documents or to inquire into the crime of insulting itself, or to impose any sentence on it, subject to one of the types of legislation passed by Parliament for this purpose.
