- ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஏப்ரல் 21-ம் தேதி இந்தியாவில் சிவில் சர்வீசஸ் தினம் அல்லது தேசிய குடிமை பணிகள் தினமாக கடைபிடிக்கப்படுகிறது.
- இத்தினமானது 1947-ம் ஆண்டு ஏப்ரல் 21-ம் தேதியில் இருந்து அரசாங்க ஊழியர்களுக்கு அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு தினமாக இந்த நாள் கொண்டாடப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
- மாறிவரும் காலத்தின் சவால்களை எதிர்கொள்ள அர்ப்பணிப்பு நோக்குடன் அதனை மன உறுதியுடன் செயல்படுத்துவதற்காக இத்தினம் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.
- இத்தினமானது, நாட்டின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு முக்கியமாக கருதப்படும் ஐ.ஏ.எஸ்.,(நிர்வாகம்), ஐ.பி.எஸ்.,(காவல்துறை), ஐ.எப்.எஸ். (வனத்துறை) அதிகாரிகளை கௌரவிக்கும் வகையில் இத்தினம் கொண்டாடப்படுகின்றது.
- இந்த தினமானது 2006-ம் ஆண்டு டெல்லி விஜய பவனில் முதல் முதலில் நடைபெற்றது என்பது கவனிக்கத்தக்கது. இன்றைய நாளில் மிகச் சிறந்த சேவை புரிந்த அரசு அதிகாரிகளுக்கு, சிறந்த பொது சேவைக்கான பிரதமர் விருது வழங்கி கவுரவிக்கப்படும்.
- இந்த நாளில் நாட்டின் பல பகுதிகளிலிருந்தும் அரசாங்க ஊழியர்கள் அனைவரும் ஒன்று கூடி, ஒருவருக்கொருவர் சந்தித்து பொதுமக்களுக்கு வேலை செய்யும் ஒருவரின் அனுபவங்களில் இருந்து கற்றுக்கொள்கிறார்கள்.
- Every year April 21 is observed as Civil Services Day or National Civil Services Day in India. This day has been celebrated as a day dedicated to government employees since April 21, 1947.
- It is celebrated for its commitment to face the challenges of the changing times and to implement it with determination.
- This includes IAS, (Administration), IPS, (Police), IPS, which are considered important for the development of the country. This day is celebrated in honor of (Forest) officials.
- It is noteworthy that this day was first held in the year 2006 at Vijaya Bhavan, Delhi. Today, the Prime Minister's Award for Outstanding Public Service will be presented to outstanding government officials.
- On this day all government employees from different parts of the country come together, meet each other and learn from each other’s experiences working for the public.
