- நிதி ஆயோக், போட்டித் திறன் மையத்துடன் இணைந்து ஏற்றுமதி தயார்நிலை பட்டியல் 2021-ஐ வெளியிட்டது.
- இந்த அறிக்கை இந்தியாவின் ஏற்றுமதிச் சாதனைகள் பற்றிய விரிவான பகுப்பாய்வு ஆகும். இந்த பட்டியல் மூலம் மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்கள், இதர மாநிலங்களுடன் ஒப்பிட்டு தங்கள் செயல்பாடுகளை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கான கொள்கைகளை உருவாக்க முடியும்.
- மாநில அளவிலான ஏற்றுமதி வளர்ச்சிக்கு, முக்கியான அடிப்படை அம்சங்களை அடையாளம் காணும் தரவு அடிப்படையிலான முயற்சிதான் ஏற்றுமதி தயார்நிலைப் பட்டியல்.
- ஏற்றுமதி தயார்நிலைப் பட்டியல் கொள்கை, வர்த்தகச் சூழல், ஏற்றுமதிச் சூழல், ஏற்றுமதி செயல்பாடு என்ற 4 முக்கிய அம்சங்களின்படி மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களைத் தரவரிசைபடுத்துகிறது. இதில் 11 துணை அம்சங்களும் உள்ளன.
- இந்த பட்டியல் நித்தி ஆயோக் துணைத் தலைவர் டாக்டர் ராஜீவ் குமாரால் வெளியிடப்பட்டது.
- கடலோர மாநிலங்கள் ஏற்றுமதியில் சிறப்பாக உள்ளன என்றும், இதில் குஜராத் முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளதையும் இந்த 2வது ஏற்றுமதித் தயார்நிலை பட்டியல் தெரிவிக்கிறது.
- கடந்த 2021ம் ஆண்டுக்கான குறியீட்டில், குஜராத் மாநிலம், தொடர்ந்து இரண்டாவது ஆண்டாக முதலிடத்தைப் பிடித்துள்ளது.இதற்கு அடுத்த இடங்களை மகாராஷ்ட்ரா, கர்நாடகா, தமிழ்நாடு ஆகிய மாநிலங்கள் பிடித்துள்ளன.
- மிசோரம், அருணாசல பிரதேசம், மேகாலயா, லட்சத்தீவுகள், லடாக் போன்றவை, கடைசி இடங்களில் உள்ளன.
- உலக நாடுகளின் வர்த்தக வளர்ச்சி 30 சதவீதமாக உள்ள நிலையில், இந்தியாவின் வர்த்தக வளர்ச்சி 36 சதவீதமாக உள்ளது.
- நாட்டின் ஏற்றுமதியில் 70 சதவீத பங்கு, மகாராஷ்ட்ரா, குஜராத், கர்நாடகா, தமிழ்நாடு, தெலுங்கானா ஆகிய 5 மாநிலங்களை சேர்ந்ததாக உள்ளது.

- The Export Readiness List is a data-based effort to identify key fundamental features for state-wide export growth.
- The Export Readiness List lists states and Union Territories according to 4 key areas: policy, trade environment, export environment, and export performance. It also has 11 ancillary features.
- The list was released by Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Vice President, Nitish Ayog.
- According to the 2nd Export Readiness List, Gujarat is the largest exporter of coastal states.
- In the index for the year 2021, Gujarat has topped the list for the second consecutive year, followed by Maharashtra, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
- Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Lakshadweep, Ladakh, etc. are in the last places.
- World trade growth is 30 per cent, while India's trade growth is 36 per cent.
- Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana account for 70 per cent of the country's exports.
