- இந்திய அரசியலமைப்பு சட்டத்தை உருவாக்க நியமிக்கப் பட்ட குழுவின் தலைவராக இருந்தவர் டாக்டர் பீம்ராவ் அம்பேத்கர். மற்றொரு சிறப்பாக அம்பேத்கர் உருவாக்கிய சட்டத்தை ஆங்கில சித்திர எழுத்துக்கள் வடிவில் 233 பக்கங்கள் கொண்ட நூல் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- அதை உருவாக்கியவர் பிரேம் பிஹாரி நாராயண் ராய்ஜாதா. அந்த நிகழ்வு தற்போது 73-வது குடியரசு தினத்தில் வியப்புடன் நினைவுகூரப்படுகிறது.
- அரசியலமைப்பு சட்டத்தை சித்திர எழுத்துகளால் முடிக்க பிரேம் நாராயண் ராய்ஜாதாவுக்கு 6 மாதம் ஆகியுள்ளது. இதை உருவாக்க அவர் தனது பேனாவில் 432 'நிப்'புகளை பயன்படுத்தி உள்ளார்.
- 13 கிலோ எடையுள்ள பக்கங்களை, நூல் வடிவில் தொகுத்து அதன் அட்டைகள் உள்ளிட்ட ஒவ்வொரு பக்கத்தையும், சாந்திநிகேதனின் பிரபல ஓவியர்கள், அஜந்தா வகை ஓவியங்களால் அழகுப்படுத்தி உள்ளனர்.
- இதன் இந்தி மொழிபெயர்ப்பும் சித்திர எழுத்துகளால் பதிவாகி நூல் வடிவம் பெற்றுள்ளது. இதை 264 பக்கங்களில் வசந்த் கிருஷ்ண வேத் என்பவர் எழுதியுள்ளார்.
- டெல்லியில் கடந்த டிசம்பர் 16, 1901-ல் பிறந்தவர் பிரேம் பிஹாரி நாராயண் ராய்ஜாதா. இவர் சித்திர எழுத்துகள் எழுதுவதில் புகழ்பெற்ற ஆய்வாளர்கள் குடும்பத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்.
- தனது இளம்வயதிலேயே பெற்றோரை இழந்த பிரேம் நாராயண், அவரது தாத்தா ராம் பிரசாத் சக்ஸேனா மற்றும் தாய் மாமன் சத்தூர் பிஹாரி நாரயண் சக்ஸேனாவால் வளர்க்கப்பட்டார்.
- ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் பாரசீக மொழி அறிஞராக வளர்ந்த பிரேம் நாராயண், ஆங்கில அரசின் அதிகாரிகளுக்கு பாரசீக மொழியை பயிற்றுவித்து வந்தார்.
- டெல்லியின் புகழ்பெற்ற செயின்ட் ஸ்டீபன் கல்லூரியில் இளங்கலைப் பட்டம் பெற்றவர், சித்திர எழுத்து கலையை தனதுதாத்தா ராம் பிரசாத் சக்ஸேனாவிடம் கற்றுக் கொண்டார்.
- அதன்பிறகு சித்திர எழுத்துகள் எழுதுவதில் பிரேம் பிஹாரி புகழ் பெற்றார். இதனால், அப்போதைய பிரதமர் ஜவகர்லால் நேரு, பிரேம் நாராயணனை அழைத்து கவுரப்படுத்தினார்.
- அந்த அனுபவத்தை பிரேம் பிஹாரி தன் நாட்குறிப்பில் குறிப்பிடுகையில், ''இந்திய அரசியலமைப்பு சட்டங்களை நூலாக பதிவு செய்ய நான் கட்டணம் பெற மறுத்து விட்டேன். கடவுள் அருளால் என்னிடம் அனைத்தும் உள்ளன. எனது ஒரேஒரு நிபந்தனை மட்டும் ஏற்கப்பட்டது. இதன்படி, ஒவ்வொரு பக்கத்திலும் எனது பெயரை 'பிரேம்'எனவும் கடைசியில் என் குருவான தாத்தா பெயரும் சேர்த்துஎழுதியுள்ளேன்'' என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
- இவ்விரண்டு நூல்களும் தற்போது நாடாளுமன்ற நூலக கட்டிடத்தில் பாதுகாத்து வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. தோல் பைண்டிங் செய்யப்பட்ட நூல்கள் கருப்புநிற அட்டைகளில் தங்க வேலைபாடுகளால் அலங் கரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- இரண்டு நூல்களும் கண்ணாடிப் பேழைகளில் வைத்து அவை கெடாமல் இருக்க நைட்ரஜன் வாயு நிரப்பப் பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த பாதுகாப்பு முறைக்காக, அமெரிக்காவின் கலிபோர்னியாவில் உள்ள ஒரு நிறுவனத்திடம் 1992-ல் உதவி பெறப்பட்டது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
- Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was the Chairman of the Committee appointed to draft the Constitution of India. Another special feature is the 233-page text in the form of English illustrated legal frames created by Ambedkar.
- It was created by Prem Bihari Narayan Raijata. The event is currently being wonderfully commemorated on the 73rd Republic Day. It has taken Prem Narayan Raijata 6 months to complete the constitution in pictorial form. He uses 432 nipples in his pen to create this.
- The pages, which weigh 13 kg, are compiled in the form of a thread and each page, including its covers, is adorned with Ajanta type paintings by the famous painters of Santiniketan. Its Hindi translation has also been recorded in pictorial form and has taken the form of a book. It was written by Vasant Krishna Ved in 264 pages.
- Prem Bihari Narayan Royjata was born on December 16, 1901 in Delhi. He belongs to a family of researchers who are famous for writing comics. Prem Narayan, who lost his parents at an early age, was raised by his grandfather Ram Prasad Saxena and maternal uncle Sathur Bihari Narayan Saxena.
- Growing up as an English and Persian linguist, Prem Narayan taught Persian to English government officials. A graduate of the prestigious St. Stephen's College, Delhi, he learned the art of illustration from his grandfather, Ram Prasad Saxena.
- After that Prem Bihari became famous for writing comics. Thus, the then Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru invited and honored Prem Narayan.
- Referring to the experience, Prem Bihari said in his diary, “I refused to pay for the booking of the Constitution of India. By the grace of God I have it all. My only condition was accepted. Accordingly, on each page I have written my name as 'Frame' and finally the name of my guru's grandfather.
- Both books are currently housed in the Parliamentary Library building. The leather-bound threads are embellished with gold engravings on black covers.
- Both texts are placed in glass jars and filled with nitrogen gas to keep them from decomposing. It is noteworthy that in 1992, a company in California, USA, received assistance for this security system.
