- நாட்டின் மொத்த வன மற்றும் மரங்களின் பரப்பளவு 80.9 மில்லியன் ஹெக்டேர் என்றும் நாட்டின் மொத்த புவியியல் பரப்பளவில் இது 24.62%.
- 2019-ம் ஆண்டு செய்யப்பட்ட மதிப்பீட்டுடன் ஒப்பிடும் போது, கடந்த இரண்டு வருடங்களில் நாட்டின் மொத்த வனம் மற்றும் மரங்களின் பரப்பளவு 2,261 சதுர கிமீ அதிகரித்துள்ளது

- The Union Minister for Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Shri. Bhubaneswar Yadav released today. The total forest cover of the country is 80.9 million hectares and it is 24.62% of the total geographical area of the country.

- The total carbon footprint of forests in the country has increased by 79.4 million tonnes to 7,204 million tonnes. The country's swamp area has increased by 17 sq km to 4,992 sq km.
