Kathiresan has been appointed as the new Vice Chancellor of Chidambaram Annamalai University
- RM Kathiresan, who has worked in various departments of Annamalai University, has 36 years of experience in the field of education.
- In this context, he has been appointed by the Governor of Tamil Nadu RN Ravi as the Vice Chancellor of Chidambaram Annamalai University. Kathiresan will hold the post of Deputy Vander for three years from the date of registration
- Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and National Security Adviser Ajit Doval were present at the state DGPs conference in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, which began yesterday.
- He has been attending the annual DGPs conference since Modi became the Prime Minister in 2014. The conference will cover a wide range of issues, including cybercrime, information exchange, counter-terrorism, and drug prevention.
