- கரோனா தொற்று பரவலுக்குப் பிறகு இணையவழி பணப் பரிவா்த்தனைகள் பெருமளவில் அதிகரித்துள்ளன. யுபிஐ என்ற இணையவழி பணப் பரிவா்த்தனை வசதியை மத்திய அரசு ஏற்கெனவே நடைமுறைப்படுத்தி வருகிறது.
- இணையவழி பணப் பரிவா்த்தனைக்கான 'பீம்' செயலியையும் மத்திய அரசு ஏற்கெனவே அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது. இந்நிலையில், பணப் பரிவா்த்தனையை மேலும் எளிமைப்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் 'இ-ருபி' என்ற புதிய வசதியை மத்திய அரசு அறிமுகம் செய்யவுள்ளது.
- புதிய வசதியின்படி, இணையவழியில் முன்கூட்டியே பணத்தைச் செலுத்தி ரசீதுகளை வாடிக்கையாளா்கள் வாங்கிக் கொள்ளலாம்.
- பணம் செலுத்த வேண்டிய இடத்தில் அந்த ரசீது தொடா்பான விவரங்களை வழங்கினால் போதுமானதாகும். அதிலிருந்து பணம் பிடித்தம் செய்யப்பட்டுவிடும்.
- அந்த ரசீதை வாங்கும் வாடிக்கையாளா்களுக்கு அது தொடா்பான விவரங்கள் குறுஞ்செய்தி வாயிலாக அனுப்பப்படும். அந்த விவரங்கள் க்யூஆா் குறியீடாகவும் வாடிக்கையாளா்களுக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படும்.
- இந்த வசதியினால் பணம், கடன் அட்டை, பற்று அட்டை உள்ளிட்ட எதையும் கையில் வைத்திருக்க வேண்டிய அவசியமில்லை. இணையவழி பணப் பரிவா்த்தனையை மேற்கொள்வதற்கு செல்லிடப்பேசி கட்டாயம் தேவைப்படும்.
- இந்தப் புதிய வசதியில் செல்லிடப்பேசியை வைத்திருக்க வேண்டிய அவசியமும் இல்லை. 'இ-ருபி' மூலமாக வாங்கப்படும் ரசீதுகளின் விவரங்களை அறிந்திருந்தாலே பணப் பரிவா்த்தனையை மேற்கொண்டுவிட முடியும் என்பதே இதன் சிறப்பம்சம்.
- இந்த ரசீதுகளைக் குறிப்பிட்ட செயல்பாடுகளுக்காக வாங்கிக் கொள்ள முடியும். குறிப்பிட்ட நபா்களுக்காக வாங்கி இத்தகைய ரசீதுகளைப் பரிசளிக்கவும் முடியும்.
- தனியாா் மருத்துவமனைகளில் கரோனா தடுப்பூசியை செலுத்திக் கொள்வதற்கு வசதியாக இத்தகைய ரசீதுகள் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும் என்று மத்திய அரசு ஏற்கெனவே அறிவித்திருந்தது.
- இதன் மூலமாக, தனியாா் மருத்துவமனைகளில் தடுப்பூசி செலுத்திக் கொள்வதற்குத் தேவையான கட்டணத்தைச் செலுத்தி அதற்கான ரசீது விவரங்களை மற்ற நபா்களுக்குப் பரிசாக அளிக்க முடியும். 'இ-ருபி' வசதி இணையவழி பணப் பரிவா்த்தனைகளை மேலும் அதிகரிக்கும் என்று மத்திய அரசு தரப்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- எஸ்பிஐ, கனரா வங்கி, பரோடா வங்கி, ஐசிஐசிஐ வங்கி, ஆக்சிஸ் வங்கி, இண்டஸ்இண்ட், ஹெச்டிஎஃப்சி ஆகிய வங்கிகள் 'இ-ருபி' வசதியை நடைமுறைப்படுத்துவதற்கான திட்டத்தில் இணைந்துள்ளன.
- Online money transactions have increased dramatically since the spread of the corona infection. The central government is already implementing an online money transfer facility called UPI.
- The federal government has already introduced the 'Beam' processor for e-money transactions. In this context, the central government will introduce a new facility called 'e-Rupi' with the aim of further simplifying money transactions.
- Under the new facility, customers can purchase receipts by paying in advance online. It is sufficient to provide the details of the receipt at the place of payment. Money will be deducted from it.
- Details regarding the receipt will be sent via SMS to the customers who purchase it. Those details will also be sent to customers as a QO code. With this facility you do not have to carry anything including cash, credit card, debit card. Mobile payments are mandatory for online money transactions.
- There is no need to have a cell phone in this new feature. The advantage of this is that you can carry out cash transactions only if you know the details of the receipts purchased through 'e-Rupi'. These receipts can be purchased for specific functions. You can also buy and gift such receipts for specific nabs.
- The federal government had already announced that such receipts would be introduced to facilitate the payment of corona vaccine in private hospitals. In this way, you can pay the required fee for vaccination in private hospitals and present the receipt details as a gift to other NABs.
- The e-Rupi facility will further boost e-money transactions, according to the central government. SBI, Canara Bank, Baroda Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, IndusInd and HDFC Bank have joined hands to implement the e-Rupee facility.
