ராஜஸ்தான் முதல்வர் அசோக் கெஹ்லோட் இந்திரா கேண்டீனை மாநிலத்தில் திறப்பதாக அறிவித்துள்ளார்..!
- கர்நாடகாவில் புகழ்பெற்ற இந்திரா கேண்டீனை (Indira Canteen) திறப்பதாக ராஜஸ்தான் அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது. ராஜஸ்தானில் உள்ள ஏழைகளுக்கு இரண்டு முறை உணவு வழங்கும் நோக்கில் ராஜஸ்தான் அரசு (Rajastan Government) 'இந்திரா ரசோய் திட்டத்தை' மாநிலம் முழுவதும் தொடங்கவுள்ளது. இந்த திட்டத்தின் கீழ், ஏழை மக்களுக்கு வெறும் ரூ.8 க்கு உணவு வழங்கப்படும்.
- தேவைப்படும் ஒவ்வொரு நபருக்கும் உணவு வழங்கப்படுவதை உறுதி செய்வதற்காக கெஹ்லாட் அரசாங்கம் ஆகஸ்ட் 20 ஆம் தேதி இந்திரா சமையலறை திட்டத்தை தொடங்கும். மாநிலத்தின் நகர்ப்புறங்களில் உள்ள ஏழை மக்களுக்கு இப்போது இரு மடங்கு தள்ளுபடியில் உணவு வழங்கப்படும். இந்த திட்டத்திற்கு ஆண்டுக்கு சுமார் ரூ .100 கோடி செலவாகும் என்று அரசு தெரிவித்துள்ளது. இந்த திட்டத்தின் கீழ் வேன் ரயில்களுக்கு பதிலாக நிரந்தர கடைகளில் உணவு வழங்கப்படும். எந்தவொரு நிறுவனத்திற்கும் டெண்டர் கொடுக்காததன் மூலம் தன்னார்வ தொண்டு நிறுவனங்களின் உதவியுடன் இந்த திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்த மாநில அரசு ஆலோசித்து வருகிறது. இந்த சமையலறைகள் ரயில் நிலையங்கள், பேருந்து நிறுத்தங்கள், அதிக மக்கள் வசிக்கும் மருத்துவமனைகளில் திறக்கப்படும். உணவில் 100 கிராம் தானியங்கள், 100 கிராம் காய்கறிகள், 250 கிராம் சப்பாத்தி மற்றும் பல வழங்கப்படும் என்று கூறப்படுகிறது.
Indira Rasoi Yojana
Rajasthan’s Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot recently directed his officials to commence Indira Rasoi Yojana from 20Th August 2020. The CM said it is another step towards realising the resolve of Rajasthan Government’s “No Hunger No Sleep”. Under this scheme, the needy and poor will get healthy and nutritious food at 8 Rs per plate. The state government will spend 100 Crores per year on the scheme.
About the Scheme
The Indira Rasoi Yojana named after former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, will run in 358 kitchens in 213 urban local bodies of the state. Under the Yojana a menu of 100 grams of pulses, 100 grams of vegetables, 250 grams of chapati and pickles will be served to 4.87 crore people every year. While all the necessary measures will be taken to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus a monitoring committee at the State and District level will be formed to ensure the quality of the food. All the beneficiary under this scheme will get the information about the Yojana on his or her mobile phone as he or she takes the coupon. Through an IT-enabled monitoring system the food preparation in the kitchen will be monitored through mobile apps and CCTV.
Before this Annapurna Yojana was in the action however, the recently launched Indira Rasoi Yojana will be different. Beneficiaries won’t be fed through a movable kitchen installed in a van. A permanent kitchen with a place for people to sit will be instead. It is said that a total of 20 Rs. per plate will cost the government in which the state government will pay 12 Rs. and the remaining 8 Rs. will be paid by the beneficiary.
Construction
Construction of 2 kitchens per Municipality and 5 kitchens per City council and a maximum of 8 kitchens per municipal corporation will be done. The kitchen will be constructed in a government or NGO building. The construction will be done is such a manner that people can sit and eat on the premises itself. The management will be inspired by Chennai’s “Amma Ki Rasoi”.
