Special Instructions to Applicants appearing for the Main Written Examination for the posts included in the Group I services scheduled to be held on 13.10.2017, 14.10.2017 and 15.10.2017 FN only – Time: 10.00 AM to 01.00PM
1. Applicants should reach the Examination hall one hour before the commencement of
Examination with the downloaded hall tickets from the Commission’s website. On any
account, no applicant will be allowed after 30 minutes of the commencement of
examination.
2. Thorough checking will be done before the applicants are allowed to enter the examination
venue. Applicants will be allowed inside the venue to carry only the Hall ticket and Pens for
writing the examination. Applicants are advised not to bring Mobile phones, Electronic
gadgets, and other valuable items as they are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
3. Applicants should show the Hall ticket to the Invigilator / Chief Invigilator / Inspection
authorities of the examination venue, for verification.
4. Applicants should occupy the seat allotted to them and ensure with hall ticket before opening
the Question/Answer booklet cover is printed with correct Register number allotted to him.
The cover containing the answer booklet should be signed by the candidate and handover to
invigilator.
5. The applicants appearing for the Main Written Examination should strikeout all the unwritten
spaces / pages by using pen of the same colour ink which he used for writing the answers.
6. Persons accompanying the candidates are strictly not allowed inside the examination
campus.
7. Applicants are advised to refer the Instructions to applicants and strictly adhere to the
instructions.
