தாயுமானவர் திட்டம் / THAYUMAANAVAR THITTAM: தமிழக முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தமிழ்நாட்டிலுள்ள வயது முதிர்ந்தோர் மற்றும் மாற்றுத் திறனாளி குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்களின் இல்லத்துக்கே சென்று அரிசி, சர்க்கரை உள்ளிட்ட ரேஷன் பொருட்களை விநியோகம் செய்யும் முதலமைச்சரின் தாயுமானவர் திட்டத்தை சென்னை, தண்டையார்பேட்டை, கோபால் நகர் மற்றும் அன்னை சத்யா நகர் ஆகிய பகுதிகளுக்கு நேரில் சென்று தொடங்கி வைத்து, தாயுமானவர் திட்ட வாகனங்களின் சேவையையும் கொடியசைத்து தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
அரசு வழங்கும் பல்வேறு சேவைகளை மக்களின் வீடுதேடிச் சென்றடையச் செய்யும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் உயரிய நோக்கின் அடுத்த கட்டமாக, மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள வயது முதிர்ந்தோர் மற்றும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளி குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்களின் நலனைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு, அவர்களின் இல்லத்திற்கே சென்று அரிசி, சர்க்கரை உள்ளிட்ட ரேஷன் பொருட்களை விநியோகம் செய்யும் 'முதலமைச்சரின் தாயுமானவர் திட்டம்' செயல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.
மக்கள் நலன்சார்ந்த இத்திட்டம் சிறப்புக் கவனம் தேவைப்படும் பிரிவினரின் வாழ்வை மேம்படுத்துவதுடன் உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பையும் உறுதி செய்யும்.
இத்திட்டத்தின் வாயிலாக 34,809 நியாய விலைக் கடைகளைச் சேர்ந்த 70 வயதிற்கு மேற்பட்ட மூத்த குடிமக்களைக் கொண்ட 15,81,364 குடும்ப அட்டைகளில் உள்ள 20,42,657 பயனாளர்களும், 91,969 குடும்ப அட்டைகளில் உள்ள 1,27,797 மாற்றுத்தினாளிகளும், என மொத்தம் 16,73,333 குடும்ப அட்டைகளில் உள்ள 21,70,454 பயனாளர்களுக்கு அவர்தம் இல்லங்களுக்கே சென்று குடிமைப் பொருட்களை விநியோகம் செய்ய வழிவகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் இரண்டாவது சனி மற்றும் ஞாயிற்றுக் கிழமைகளில் இத்திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படும். இத்திட்டத்தில் பயன்பெற தகுதியுள்ள குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்களின் விவரம் உணவுப் பொருள் வழங்கல் மற்றும் நுகர்வோர் பாதுகாப்புத் துறையிடமிருந்து பெறப்பட்டு, கள அலுவலர்களுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம், மின்னணு எடைத்தராசு, e-PoS இயந்திரம் உள்ளிட்ட உபகரணங்களுடன் மூடிய வாகனங்களில் குடிமைப் பொருட்களைப் பாதுகாப்பாகத் தகுதியுள்ள பயனாளர்களின் இல்லத்திற்கே சென்று நியாயவிலைக் கடை விற்பனையாளர்கள் விநியோகிப்பர்.
70 வயதுக்கு மேல் உள்ள குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்கள் மற்றும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளின் வீட்டிற்கே சென்று குடிமைப் பொருட்கள் வழங்கும் இத்திட்டத்திற்கு அரசுக்கு 35.92 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவாகும். மக்கள் நலன் சார்ந்த இத்திட்டம், நலிவுற்ற பிரிவினரின் வாழ்வாதாரத்தை சிறப்புறச் செய்வதுடன் அவர்தம் உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பையும் உறுதிசெய்யும் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

THAYUMAANAVAR THITTAM: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin launched the Thayumanavar Scheme, which distributes ration items including rice and sugar to the homes of the elderly and differently-abled family card holders in Tamil Nadu, by visiting Chennai, Thandaiyarpet, Gopal Nagar and Annai Sathya Nagar, and flagged off the service of Thayumanavar Scheme vehicles.
As the next step in the Tamil Nadu government's lofty vision of taking various government services to the doorsteps of the people, the 'Thayumanavar Scheme' is being implemented, which distributes ration items including rice and sugar to the homes of the elderly and differently-abled family card holders in the state, considering their welfare.
This scheme, which is aimed at the welfare of the people, will improve the lives of the sections that need special attention and ensure food security.
Through this scheme, 20,42,657 beneficiaries of 15,81,364 family cards, comprising senior citizens above 70 years of age, belonging to 34,809 fair price shops, and 1,27,797 disabled persons of 91,969 family cards, totaling 21,70,454 beneficiaries of 16,73,333 family cards, have been provided with the facility to go to their homes and distribute civic goods.
This scheme will be implemented on the second Saturday and Sunday of every month. The details of the family card holders eligible for the scheme have been obtained from the Food Supply and Consumer Protection Department and sent to the field officers. Through this scheme, the fair price shop vendors will safely go to the homes of the eligible beneficiaries in closed vehicles equipped with electronic weighing scales and e-PoS machines.
The scheme, which will provide civic amenities to the homes of family card holders above 70 years of age and the differently-abled, will cost the government Rs 35.92 crore. It is noteworthy that this public welfare scheme will not only improve the livelihood of the weaker sections but will also ensure their food security.
