Tata Motors signs deal to supply electric buses in Tamil Nadu
- Tata Motors, one of the leading commercial vehicle companies, has signed a comprehensive agreement with Green Energy Mobility, a division of Universal Bus Services (UPS), to supply 100 electric buses for intercity operation in Tamil Nadu.
- In a statement issued by the company, it was stated that the agreement was signed in the presence of Tamil Nadu Industries Minister DRP Raja at the Passenger Vehicle Expo held in Chennai. The company said that the agreement has been signed to supply Magna EV buses that can travel up to 300 km on a single charge.
