• உலக அளவில் பட்டதாரிகள் பட்டியல் 2025 / GLOBAL GRADUATE RANKING 2025: உலக வங்கி சமீபத்தில் வெளியிட்ட தரவுகள் இந்தியர்களுக்கு மிகப்பெரிய மகிழ்ச்சியை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. அது என்னவென்றால் உலக அளவில் 10 கோடிக்கும் மேற்பட்ட பட்டதாரிகள் இருக்கும் நாடு என்ற அந்தஸ்தை இந்தியா பெற்றுள்ளது. 
• 25 வயது மற்றும் அதற்கு மேற்பட்டவர்கள் 11.3 கோடி பேர் இருக்கும் நிலையில், 10 கோடிக்கும் மேற்பட்ட பட்டதாரிகள் இருப்பதாக உலக வங்கி வெளியிட்டு இருக்கும் தரவுகள் மூலம் தெரிய வந்துள்ளது .
• இதற்கு அடுத்தபடியாக 2வது இடத்தில் 9.3 கோடி பட்டதாரிகளோடு அமெரிக்காவும், 7.9 கோடி பட்டதாரிகளோடு சீனா 3வது இடத்திலும் உள்ளன. 
• இந்தியாவில் உயர்கல்வி நிறுவனங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை கடந்த 30 ஆண்டுகளில் ஆறு மடங்கு அதிகரித்துள்ளதாகவும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 
• இந்தியாவில் மிகப்பெரிய இளைஞர் பட்டாளம் உயர்கல்வி தகுதியை பெற்று இருப்பதாக கூறியுள்ள உலக வங்கி, ஆனால் அவர்களுக்கான வேலைவாய்ப்பு குறிப்பிடத்தக்க அளவில் இல்லை என்ற கருத்தையும் முன்வைத்துள்ளது.
• இந்தியாவில் திறன்மிகுந்த பட்டதாரிகள் அதிகளவில் இருந்தும் அவர்களுக்கான வேலைவாய்ப்புகளை கொடுப்பதில் அரசு பின்னடைவில் இருப்பதாகவும் உலக வங்கி சுட்டிக்காட்டியுள்ளது. 
• நாட்டில் 30 வயதிற்குட்பட்ட இளைஞர்களில் 13.8% பேர் வேலை வாய்ப்பு இல்லாமல் இருப்பதாக காலமுறை தொழிலாளர் படை கணக்கெடுப்பில் தெரிய வந்துள்ளது. குறிப்பாக நகர்புறங்களிலேயே இளைஞர்கள் வேலையின்னை பிரச்சனையை சந்தித்து வருவதாக கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

• While there are 113 million people aged 25 and above, the data released by the World Bank has revealed that there are more than 100 million graduates.
• The United States is in second place with 93 million graduates and China is in third place with 79 million graduates. It has also been reported that the number of higher education institutions in India has increased six times in the last 30 years. 
• The World Bank has said that India has a large number of youth with higher education qualifications, but there is a significant lack of employment opportunities for them.
• The World Bank has also pointed out that despite the large number of skilled graduates in India, the government is lagging behind in providing jobs to them.
