• மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் 2023-ம் ஆண்டு முக்கிய செயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும் சாதனைகள் / KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF UNION HOME MINISTRY IN 2023: புதிய குற்றவியல் சட்டங்களை (பாரதிய நகரிக் சுரக்ஷா சன்ஹிதா - 2023, பாரதிய நியாய சன்ஹிதா - 2023 மற்றும் பாரதிய சாக்ஷய அதினியம் - 2023) நிறைவேற்றியதன் மூலம் குற்றவியல் நீதி அமைப்பில் ஒரு புதிய சகாப்தத்தைத் தொடங்கியுள்ளது.
• பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடியின் தலைமையிலும் உள்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு அமித் ஷாவின் வழிகாட்டுதலிலும் பயங்கரவாதத்திற்கு எதிரான நடவடிக்கைகள் தீவிரப்படுத்தப்பட்டன. 2023-ம் ஆண்டில் நான்கு அமைப்புகளை 'பயங்கரவாத அமைப்புகள்' என்றும், ஏழு தனிநபர்களை 'பயங்கரவாதிகள்' என்றும், மூன்று அமைப்புகளை 'சட்டவிரோத அமைப்பு' என்றும் உள்துறை அமைச்சகம் அறிவித்துள்ளது.
• நாட்டின் மூன்று முக்கிய பகுதிகளான வடகிழக்குப் பகுதி, நக்சல் தீவிரவாத பகுதிகள் மற்றும் ஜம்மு-காஷ்மீர் ஆகியவற்றில் சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு நிலைமையை மேம்படுத்துவதில் பெரும் வெற்றி கிடைத்துள்ளது.
• அசாம் மற்றும் அருணாச்சல பிரதேசம் இடையே நீண்ட காலமாக நிலுவையில் உள்ள எல்லைப் பிரச்சினையைத் தீர்க்க வரலாற்றுச் சிறப்புமிக்க ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தாகியுள்ளது
• மணிப்பூரில் பள்ளத்தாக்கை தளமாகக் கொண்ட பழமையான ஆயுதக் குழுவான ஐக்கிய தேசிய விடுதலை முன்னணியுடன் (யு.என்.எல்.எஃப்) மத்திய அரசாங்கமும் மணிப்பூர் அரசாங்கமும் ஒப்புக்கொள்ளப்பட்ட விதிகள் குறித்த அமைதி ஒப்பந்தத்தில் கையெழுத்திட்டன.
• மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு அமித் ஷா முன்னிலையில், மத்திய அரசு, அசாம் அரசு மற்றும் அசாம் ஐக்கிய விடுதலை முன்னணி (உல்ஃபா) பிரதிநிதிகளுக்கு இடையே புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தானது.
• பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடியின் தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வையால் ஈர்க்கப்பட்டு, உள்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு அமித் ஷாவின் வழிகாட்டுதலின் கீழ், மத்திய ஆயுதப் படைகள் இந்த ஆண்டில் நாடு முழுவதும் 5 கோடிக்கும் மேற்பட்ட மரக்கன்றுகளை நட்டன.

ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர்

• மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு. அமித் ஷா ஒரு உயர்மட்ட பாதுகாப்பு மறுஆய்வுக் கூட்டத்திற்கு தலைமை தாங்கி ஜம்மு-காஷ்மீரின் பாதுகாப்பு நிலைமை குறித்து ஜம்முவில் செய்தியாளர் கூட்டத்தில் உரையாற்றினார் (13 ஜனவரி 2023).
• ஸ்ரீநகரில் ஜி-20 உச்சி மாநாடு தொடர்பான கூட்டம் வெற்றிகரமாக நடைபெற்றது. அப்போது பல நாடுகளின் பிரதிநிதிகள் காஷ்மீரின் மேம்பட்ட நிலைமையின் செய்தியை உலகம் முழுவதும் எடுத்துச் சென்றனர்.
• மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர், திரு. அமித் ஷா, ஸ்ரீநகரில் சுமார் 586 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பிலான 84 வளர்ச்சித் திட்டங்களைத் தொடங்கி வைத்து புதிய திட்டங்களுக்கு அடிக்கல் நாட்டினார் (23 ஜூன் 2023)
• அமர்நாத் யாத்திரை, 2023 ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் வெற்றிகரமாக நிறைவடைந்தது. கடந்த 10 ஆண்டுகளில் இல்லாத அளவுக்கு 4.45 லட்சம் யாத்ரீகர்கள் புனித குகையை பார்வையிட்டு வழிபட்டுள்ளனர்.

வடக்கு-கிழக்குப் பகுதிகள்

• மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் 2023-ம் ஆண்டு முக்கிய செயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும் சாதனைகள் / KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF UNION HOME MINISTRY IN 2023: மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சரும், கூட்டுறவுத் துறை அமைச்சருமான திரு. அமித் ஷா மணிப்பூர் மாநிலம் மொய்ராங்கில் ரூ.1,311 கோடி மதிப்பிலான 21 வளர்ச்சித் திட்டங்களைத் தொடங்கி வைத்து அடிக்கல் நாட்டினார். • வடகிழக்கு மாநிலங்களை வளர்ச்சி, போக்குவரத்து, உள்கட்டமைப்பு, விளையாட்டு, முதலீடு மற்றும் இயற்கை விவசாயம் ஆகியவற்றின் மையமாக மாற்ற பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி தலைமையிலான அரசு கடந்த 8 ஆண்டுகளில் ரூ. 3.45 லட்சம் கோடிக்கு மேல் செலவு செய்துள்ளது.
• வடகிழக்குப் பகுதிகளில் 2014 ஆம் ஆண்டோடு ஒப்பிடுகையில், தற்போது தீவிரவாத சம்பவங்கள் 76% குறைந்துள்ளன. அதேபோல், இந்த காலகட்டத்தில் பாதுகாப்பு படையினர் மற்றும் பொதுமக்களின் இறப்புகள் முறையே 90% மற்றும் 97% குறைந்துள்ளன.
• மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு அமித் ஷா மிசோரம் தலைநகர் ஐஸாலில் ரூ.2415 கோடி மதிப்பிலான பல்வேறு வளர்ச்சிப் பணிகளைத் தொடங்கி வைத்தார் (01 ஏப்ரல் 2023)
• மணிப்பூர் மாநிலத்தில் 03.05.2023 அன்றும் அதன் பின்னரும் (04.05.2023) நடைபெற்ற வன்முறைச் சம்பவங்கள் குறித்து விசாரிக்க ஆணையம் ஒன்றை பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி தலைமையிலான அரசு அமைத்தது.

நக்சல் தீவிரவாத தடுப்பு

• மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு அமித் ஷா தலைமையில், உள்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் இடதுசாரி தீவிரவாதம் குறித்த நாடாளுமன்ற ஆலோசனைக் குழுக் கூட்டம் புதுதில்லியில் நடைபெற்றது (07 பிப்ரவரி 2023)
• 2005 முதல் 2014 வரையிலான காலகட்டத்துடன் ஒப்பிடுகையில் 2014 முதல் 2023 வரை நக்சல் தீவிரவாதம் தொடர்பான வன்முறைகளில் இறப்புகள் பெருமளவு குறைந்துள்ளன.
• மாவோயிஸ்டுகளின் கோட்டைகளான பீகாரின் பர்மாசியா, சகர்பண்டா மற்றும் ஜார்க்கண்டில் உள்ள புத்தபஹாத், பராஸ்நாத் ஆகிய இடங்களில் பாதுகாப்பு முகாம்களை அமைத்ததன் மூலம் பாதுகாப்பு பலப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. 2023-ம் ஆண்டில் 33 புதிய முகாம்கள் உட்பட 200 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட முகாம்கள் திறக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

தேசிய பாதுகாப்பு / காவல்துறையை வலுப்படுத்துதல்

• மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் 2023-ம் ஆண்டு முக்கிய செயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும் சாதனைகள் / KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF UNION HOME MINISTRY IN 2023: 2022-ம் ஆண்டுக்கான டிஜிபி மாநாடு 2023 ஜனவரி 20 முதல் 22 வரை பிரதமர் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது. மாநாட்டில் பெறப்பட்ட 100 பரிந்துரைகளில் மொத்தம் 45 பரிந்துரைகள் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு, மீதமுள்ள 55 பரிந்துரைகள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
• புதுதில்லியில் (25 ஆகஸ்ட் 2023) நடைபெற்ற இரண்டு நாள் தேசிய பாதுகாப்பு உத்திகள் மாநாடு 2023 இன் நிறைவு அமர்வில் மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு. அமித் ஷா உரையாற்றினார். நாட்டின் உள்நாட்டு பாதுகாப்பு பிரச்சினைகளை கையாள்வதில் காவல்துறை அதிகாரிகள் தங்கள் அணுகுமுறையை மேலும் திறம்பட மாற்றி அமைக்க வேண்டும் என்று உள்துறை அமைச்சர் வலியுறுத்தினார்.

போதைப்பொருள் தடுப்பு

• மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு. அமித் ஷா பெங்களூரில் 'போதைப்பொருள் தடுப்பு குறித்த பிராந்திய மாநாட்டிற்கு தலைமை தாங்கினார் (24 மார்ச் 2023). அப்போது மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர் முன்னிலையில், 1235 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்புள்ள, 9,298 கிலோ போதை பொருட்கள் அழிக்கப்பட்டன.
• பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடியின் தலைமையின் கீழும் உள்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு அமித் ஷாவின் வழிகாட்டுதலிலும், கடந்த ஓராண்டில் சுமார் ரூ. 12,000 கோடி மதிப்புள்ள 10 லட்சம் கிலோ போதைப்பொருள் அழிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இணையதளப் பாதுகாப்பு

• மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் 2023-ம் ஆண்டு முக்கிய செயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும் சாதனைகள் / KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF UNION HOME MINISTRY IN 2023: மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு. அமித் ஷா, ஹரியானாவின் குருகிராமில் என்.எஃப்.டி, செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு மற்றும் மெட்டாவர்ஸ் யுகத்தில் குற்றம் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு குறித்த ஜி -20 மாநாட்டின் தொடக்க அமர்வில் உரையாற்றினார் (13 ஜூலை 2023). இணையதள உலகில் இணைய மீள்திறனை உருவாக்க தேசிய மற்றும் சர்வதேச மட்டங்களில் ஒத்துழைப்பின் தேவையை உள்துறை அமைச்சர் வலியுறுத்தினார்.

எல்லை மேலாண்மை

• 2022-23 முதல் 2025-26 வரையிலான நிதியாண்டுகளுக்கு ரூ.4800 கோடி நிதி ஒதுக்கீட்டில் "துடிப்பான கிராமங்கள் திட்டம்" என்ற மத்திய அரசின் திட்டத்திற்கு அமைச்சரவை ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது. (15 பிப்ரவரி 2023)
• இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் வடக்கு எல்லையில் உள்ள கிராமங்களில் விரிவான வளர்ச்சித் திட்டங்கள் செய்படுத்தப்பட்டு அதன் மூலம் எல்லை கிராமங்களில் வாழும் மக்களின் வாழ்க்கைத் தரம் மேம்படும். இத்திட்டம் முதற்கட்டமாக 663 கிராமங்களில் செயல்படுத்தப்படும்.

பேரிடர் மேலாண்மை

• மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் 2023-ம் ஆண்டு முக்கிய செயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும் சாதனைகள் / KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF UNION HOME MINISTRY IN 2023: நாட்டில் பேரிடர் மேலாண்மைக்காக ரூ.8,000 கோடிக்கு மேல் மதிப்புள்ள 3 முக்கிய திட்டங்களை மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர் அமித் ஷா இந்த ஆண்டில் அறிவித்தார்.
• மும்பை, சென்னை, கொல்கத்தா, பெங்களூரு, ஹைதராபாத், அகமதாபாத் மற்றும் புனே ஆகிய ஏழு பெருநகரங்களில் நகர்ப்புற வெள்ள அபாயத்தைக் குறைக்க ரூ.2,500 கோடி திட்டம் மற்றும் 17 மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களுக்கு நிலச்சரிவு தணிப்புக்கான ரூ. 825 கோடி தேசிய நிலச்சரிவு அபாய தணிப்பு திட்டம் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

• KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF UNION HOME MINISTRY IN 2023: The Union Ministry of Home Affairs has achieved several milestones in the year 2023 in fulfilling Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's vision of inclusive growth and self-reliant India.

Some of the key activities and achievements of the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2023

• KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF UNION HOME MINISTRY IN 2023: It has ushered in a new era in the criminal justice system with the passing of new criminal laws (Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita - 2023, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita -2023 and Bharatiya Sakshaya Atinyam - 2023).
• Under the leadership of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi and the guidance of Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah, the anti-terrorism operations were intensified. In 2023, the Ministry of Home Affairs has declared four organizations as 'terrorist organisations', seven individuals as 'terrorists' and three organizations as 'unlawful organisation'.
• Great success has been achieved in improving the law and order situation in the three main regions of the country, the North-East, the Naxal militancy areas and Jammu and Kashmir.
• A historic agreement was signed between Assam and Arunachal Pradesh to resolve the long-pending border dispute.
• The Union and Manipur governments signed a peace accord on agreed terms with the United National Liberation Front (UNLF), the oldest armed group based in the valley in Manipur.
• In the presence of Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah, an MoU was signed between the Central Government, the Government of Assam and representatives of the United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA).
• Inspired by the vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and under the guidance of Home Minister Shri Amit Shah, the Central Armed Forces planted more than 5 crore saplings across the country this year.

Jammu and Kashmir

• Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah chairs a high-level security review meeting and addresses a press conference in Jammu on the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir (13 January 2023).
• G-20 summit meeting successfully held in Srinagar. Then representatives of many countries took the news of the improved situation in Kashmir to the whole world.
• Union Home Minister, Mr. Amit Shah inaugurates 84 development projects worth around Rs 586 crore in Srinagar and lays foundation stone for new projects (23 June 2023)
• Amarnath Yatra, 2023 was successfully completed in August. More than 4.45 lakh pilgrims have visited the holy cave in the last 10 years.

North-East Regions

• KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF UNION HOME MINISTRY IN 2023: Union Home Minister and Co-operative Minister Mr. Amit Shah inaugurated 21 development projects worth Rs 1,311 crore in Moirang, Manipur. (06 January 2023)
• In the last 8 years, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government has invested Rs. 3.45 lakh crore has been spent.
• Compared to 2014, terrorist incidents have decreased by 76% in the North-East. Similarly, during this period, the deaths of security forces and civilians decreased by 90% and 97% respectively.
• Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah inaugurated various development works worth Rs.2415 crore in Mizoram capital Aizawl (01 April 2023)
• The Prime Minister Shri. It was formed by the Narendra Modi-led government.

Prevention of Naxal terrorism

• A meeting of the Parliamentary Advisory Committee on Left Wing Extremism of the Ministry of Home Affairs was held in New Delhi (07 February 2023) under the chairmanship of Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah.
• Deaths in violence related to Naxal extremism decreased significantly from 2014 to 2023 compared to the period from 2005 to 2014.
• Security has been beefed up by setting up security camps in Maoist strongholds such as Barmasia and Sakharbanda in Bihar and Buddhapahat and Parasnath in Jharkhand. More than 200 camps, including 33 new ones, have been opened by 2023.

Strengthening of National Security / Police

• KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF UNION HOME MINISTRY IN 2023: The DGP conference for the year 2022 was held from January 20 to 22, 2023 under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister. Out of 100 recommendations received in the conference, a total of 45 recommendations have been implemented and action is being taken on the remaining 55 recommendations.
• Union Home Minister Shri. Addressed by Amit Shah. The Home Minister urged the police officers to make their approach more effective in dealing with the country's internal security issues.

Drug prevention

• Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah chaired the 'Regional Conference on Drug Prevention' in Bangalore (24 March 2023). At that time, in the presence of the Union Home Minister, 9,298 kg of drugs worth Rs 1235 crore were destroyed.
• Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the guidance of Home Minister Shri Amit Shah, in the last one year around Rs. 10 lakh kg of drugs worth Rs 12,000 crore have been destroyed.

Website security

• KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF UNION HOME MINISTRY IN 2023: Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah addressing the opening session of the G-20 Summit on Crime and Security in the Age of NFD, Artificial Intelligence and Metaverse in Gurugram, Haryana (13 July 2023). The Home Minister emphasized the need for cooperation at the national and international levels to build cyber resilience in the cyber world.

Border management

• The Cabinet has approved the Union Government's "Vibrant Villages Scheme" with an allocation of Rs 4800 crore for the financial years 2022-23 to 2025-26. (15 February 2023)
• Through this scheme comprehensive development projects will be implemented in the villages in the northern border and thereby the living standards of the people living in the border villages will improve. The scheme will be implemented in 663 villages in the first phase.

Disaster management

• KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF UNION HOME MINISTRY IN 2023: Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced three major schemes worth over Rs 8,000 crore for disaster management in the country this year.
• 2,500 crore scheme to reduce urban flood risk in seven metros namely Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Pune and 17 states and union territories for landslide mitigation of Rs. 825 Crore National Landslide Risk Mitigation Plan has been announced.
