• மக்களுடன் முதல்வர் திட்டம் / PEOPLE WITH CHIEF MINISTER SCHEME | MAKKALUTAN MUTHALVAR THITTAM: முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களின் இந்த முன்னெடுப்பின் நீட்சியாக, அரசுத் துறைகளை அன்றாடம் அணுகும் பொதுமக்களுக்கு, அரசு அலுவலர்கள் வழங்கும் சேவைகளை மேலும் செம்மைப்படுத்தி, அரசின் சேவைகள் விரைவாகவும் எளிதாகவும் அவர்களைச் சென்றுசேரும் வகையிலும், நிர்வாகத்தில் வெளிப்படைத் தன்மையை ஏற்படுத்திடவும், திராவிட மாடல் ஆட்சியின் மற்றுமொரு மைல்கல்லாக “மக்களுடன் முதல்வர்” என்ற புதிய திட்டம்  தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அவர்களால் 18-12-2023 அன்று கோயம்புத்தூரில் தொடங்கி வைக்கப்படவுள்ளது.
• “மக்களுடன் முதல்வர்“’ என்ற இத்திட்டத்தில், பொதுமக்கள் அதிகமாக அணுகும் வருவாய் மற்றும் பேரிடர் மேலாண்மைத் துறை, நகராட்சி நிர்வாகத் துறை, ஊரக வளர்ச்சித் துறை, ஆதிதிராவிடர் நலத்துறை, பிற்படுத்தப்பட்டோர் மிகவும் பிற்படுத்தப்பட்டோர் மற்றும் சிறுபான்மையினர் நலத்துறை, சமூக நலத்துறை, மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் நலத்துறை, கூட்டுறவுத்துறை, மகளிர் மேம்பாட்டு கழகம், வீட்டுவசதி மற்றும் நகர்ப்புற வளர்ச்சி துறை, எரிசக்தி துறை, தொழிலாளர் நலன் மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாட்டுத் துறை, சிறு, குறு, நடுத்தரத் தொழில்கள் போன்ற அரசுத் துறைகள் சார்ந்த கோரிக்கைகளைப் பெறுவதற்கு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களின் நேரடிக் கண்காணிப்பில், அனைத்து நகர்ப்புற, மற்றும் கிராமப்புற உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகளில் வார்டு மற்றும் கிராம ஊராட்சி அளவில், அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் சிறப்பு முகாம்கள் நடத்திட உத்தேசிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• முதற்கட்டமாக வரும் 18-12-2023 ஆம் தேதி முதல் 06-01-2024 வரை அனைத்து மாநகராட்சிகள், நகராட்சிகள், பேரூராட்சிகள் மற்றும் நகரப்புறங்களை ஒட்டியுள்ள கிராம ஊராட்சிகளிலும் 1745 முகாம்கள் நடத்தப்படும். இந்த முகாம்கள் புயலால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட 4 மாவட்டங்கள் நீங்கலாக, ஏனைய மாவட்டங்களில் நடத்தப்படும்.
• சென்னை, காஞ்சிபுரம், செங்கல்பட்டு மற்றும் திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்டங்களில் புயல் வெள்ளத்தால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பகுதிகளில் நிவாரணப் பணிகள் முடிவுற்றவுடன், 2024 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி மாதம் முதல் வாரத்திலிருந்து 31-1-2024 வரை “மக்களுடன் முதல்வர்” திட்டத்திற்கான சிறப்பு முகாம்கள் நடத்தப்படும்.
• முதற்கட்டமாக, நகர்ப்புறங்களில் நடத்தப்படும் முகாம்கள் முடிவுற்ற பின்னர், அடுத்த கட்டமாக, அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் உள்ள ஊரகப் பகுதிகளில் இந்த முகாம்கள் நடத்த ஆவன செய்யப்படும்.
• இந்த முகாம்களில் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட துறை அலுவலர்கள் அனைவரும் ஒரே குடையின்கீழ் மக்களின் கோரிக்கைகளைப் பெற்று பதிவு செய்வார்கள். முகாம்களில் பெறப்படும் மனுக்கள் அனைத்தும், சம்பந்தப்பட்ட துறைகளால் 30 தினங்களுக்குள் உரிய முறையில் பரிசீலனை செய்யப்பட்டு, தகுதியின் அடிப்படையில் உரிய சேவைகள் மக்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும்.
• முதலமைச்சர் கோயம்புத்தூரில் இத்திட்டத்தினை துவக்கி வைக்கும் அதே நேரத்தில்,  அமைச்சர் பெருமக்கள் அவர்களுடைய மாவட்டங்களிலும், பொறுப்பு அமைச்சர்கள் அவர்களுக்கு ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட மாவட்டங்களிலும் இம்முகாம்களை தொடங்கி வைக்கவுள்ளனர்.
• இம்முகாம்களில், நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள், சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள், உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகளின் பிரதிநிதிகள் உள்ளிட்டோர் கலந்து கொண்டு சிறப்பிக்கவுள்ளனர்.
• பொதுமக்கள் இம்முகாம்களை நல்ல முறையில் பயன்படுத்தி உரிய சேவைகளைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள தெரிவித்தும், துறை அலுவலர்கள் கோரிக்கைகளை அக்கறையோடு பரிசீலித்து அவர்களுக்கு சட்டப்பூர்வமாக கிடைக்கவேண்டிய உதவிகளை எவ்வித தாமதமும் இன்றி, விரைவாகவும் எளிதாகவும் உரிய முறையில் தீர்வு காண முதலமைச்சர்  மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் ஆணையிட்டுள்ளார்.

• PEOPLE WITH CHIEF MINISTER SCHEME | MAKKALUTAN MUTHALVAR THITTAM: As an extension of this initiative of the Chief Minister, to improve the services provided by the government officials to the public who access the government departments on a daily basis, to make the government services accessible to them quickly and easily, and to establish transparency in the administration, a new project called "Chief Minister with the People" is another milestone of the Dravida Model Government. It will be inaugurated by Stalin on 18-12-2023 at Coimbatore.
• Under the scheme, 'Chief Minister with People', Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Department of Municipal Administration, Department of Rural Development, Department of Adi Dravidian Welfare, Department of Backward Most Backward and Minorities, Department of Social Welfare, Department of Disabled Persons, Department of Cooperatives, Women's Development Corporation, Housing and Urban It is proposed to conduct special camps in all urban and rural local bodies at the ward and village panchayat level in all districts under the direct supervision of the Chief Minister to receive requests from government departments such as development department, energy department, labor welfare and skill development department, small, micro and medium enterprises.
• In the first phase, 1745 camps will be conducted from 18-12-2023 to 06-01-2024 in all the Corporations, Municipalities, Municipalities and Village Panchayats adjacent to the urban areas. These camps will be conducted in other districts except the 4 districts affected by the storm.
• After the completion of relief work in the storm-affected areas in Chennai, Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu and Thiruvallur districts, special camps for the “People with Chief Minister” program will be conducted from the first week of January 2024 to 31-1-2024.
• In the first phase, after the completion of the camps conducted in the urban areas, in the next phase, these camps will be conducted in the rural areas of all the districts.
• In these camps all concerned departmental officers will receive and register the demands of the people under one umbrella. All the petitions received in the camps will be duly considered by the concerned departments within 30 days and appropriate services will be provided to the people based on merit.
• At the same time as the Chief Minister will inaugurate the program in Coimbatore, the Ministers will inaugurate these camps in their respective districts and the Ministers-in-Charge in their assigned districts.
• Members of parliament, assembly members, representatives of local bodies and others will participate in these camps.
• Chief Minister M.K.Stalin has ordered the public to use these camps in a good manner and get the appropriate services, and the departmental officers should consider the requests with care and provide legal assistance to them without any delay, in a quick and easy manner.
