• கனரக தொழில்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் 2023-ம் ஆண்டு செயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும் முக்கிய சாதனைகள் / Activities and Major Achievements of Ministry of Heavy Industries 2023: இந்தியாவில் மின்சார வாகனங்கள் உற்பத்தியை அதிகரித்து விரைவாக பயன்பாட்டுக்குக் கொண்டுவருதல் தொடர்பான இரண்டாம் கட்டத் திட்டமான “ஃபேம் இந்தியா 2.0” திட்டத்துக்கான நிதி ஒதுக்கீட்டை ரூ. 11,500 கோடியாக உயர்த்துவதற்கு ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்தத் திட்டம் பொதுப் போக்குவரத்தில் மின்மயமாக்கலை அதிகரிப்பதில் கவனம் செலுத்துகிறது.
• ஃபேம் இந்தியா திட்டத்தின் இரண்டாம் கட்டத்தின் கீழ், 01.12.2023 நிலவரப்படி 11,53,079 எண்ணிக்கையிலான மின்சார வாகனங்களை விற்பனை செய்ய மின்சார வாகன உற்பத்தியாளர்களுக்கு ரூ. 5,228 கோடி மானியம் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• ஃபேம் - 2 இன் கீழ், 3390 மின்சாரப் பேருந்துகளுக்கு ஆணைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 
• மொத்தம் 148 எலக்ட்ரிக் வாகன பொது சார்ஜிங் நிலையங்கள் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 28.3.2023 அன்று, பொதுத்துறை எண்ணெய் சந்தைப்படுத்தல் நிறுவனங்களான இந்தியன் ஆயில் (ஐஓசிஎல்), பாரத் பெட்ரோலியம் (பிபிசிஎல்) மற்றும் இந்துஸ்தான் பெட்ரோலியம் (எச்பிசிஎல்) ஆகியவற்றுக்கு ஃபேம் -2.0 திட்டத்தின் கீழ் நாடு முழுவதும் 7432 பொது சார்ஜிங் நிலையங்களை அமைப்பதற்காக ரூ.800 கோடி அளிப்பதாக அமைச்சகம் அறிவித்தது.
• ஆட்டோமொபைல் மற்றும் ஆட்டோமொபைல் உதிரிபாகங்கள் துறையில் இந்தியாவின் உற்பத்தி திறன்கள் மற்றும் ஏற்றுமதியை மேம்படுத்தும் நோக்கில், 5 ஆண்டுகளில் ரூ. 25,938 கோடி மொத்த ஒதுக்கீட்டில் இந்தத் துறைக்கான உற்பத்தியுடன் கூடிய ஊக்கத்தொகைத் திட்டத்துக்கு மத்திய அரசு ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது.
• ஆட்டோமொபைல் துறையில் உற்பத்தியுடன் கூடிய ஊக்கத் தொகைத் திட்டத்தைச் செயல்படுத்தும் நிறுவனங்களின் மொத்த முதலீடு ரூ.67,690 கோடியாகும்.
• இந்தியாவில் பேட்டரி சேமிப்புக்கான மேம்பட்ட ரசாயன செல்லுக்கு, உற்பத்தியுடன் இணைந்த ஊக்கத் தொகைத் (பி.எல்.ஐ) திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. இந்தியாவில் ரூ.18,100 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் பேட்டரி சேமிப்பகத்திற்கான உற்பத்தி நிறுவனங்களை அமைப்பதற்கு 'உற்பத்தியுடன் இணைந்த ஊக்கத்தொகை (பி.எல்.ஐ) திட்டத்திற்கு மத்திய அரசு ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது. இந்தத் திட்டம் இந்தியாவின் உற்பத்தித் திறன்களை மேம்படுத்துவதையும் ஏற்றுமதியை மேம்படுத்துவதையும் நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
• இந்திய மூலதனப் பொருட்கள் துறையில் போட்டித்திறனை மேம்படுத்தும் திட்டத்தின் இரண்டாம் கட்டம்: இத்திட்டத்திற்கு ரூ.1207 கோடி நிதி ஒதுக்கீடும், ரூ.975 கோடி வரவு-செலவுத் திட்ட ஆதரவும், ரூ.232 கோடி தொழில்துறை பங்களிப்பும் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. மூலதனப் பொருட்கள் துறை மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டத்தின் இரண்டாம் கட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஆறு முக்கிய கூறுகள் உள்ளன.
• இந்திய மூலதனப் பொருட்கள் துறையில் போட்டித்திறனை மேம்படுத்தும் திட்டத்தின் இரண்டாம் கட்டத்தின் கீழ், இதுவரை ரூ.1363.78 கோடி மொத்தத் திட்ட மதிப்பீட்டில் மொத்தம் 32 திட்டங்களுக்கு ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இத்திட்டத்தின் இரண்டாம் கட்டத்தின் கீழ் இதுவரை ரூ.232.17 கோடி ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• ஆட்டோமொபைல் துறையின் புத்தொழில் நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் புத்தாக்கச் சூழலை எளிதாக்குவதற்காக இந்திய ஆட்டோமொபைல் ஆராய்ச்சி சங்கமும் (ஏஆர்ஏஐ) மேம்பட்ட போக்குவரத்து புதுமைக் கண்டுப்பிடிப்பு அறக்கட்டளையும் (ஏஎம்டிஐஎஃப்) புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் கையெழுத்திட்டுள்ளன.
• 2023 பிப்ரவரி 4 ஆம் தேதி மானேசரில் உள்ள சர்வதேச ஆட்டோமொபைல் தொழில்நுட்ப மையத்தில் (ஐ.சி.ஏ.டி) மின்சார இயக்கத்தை ஊக்குவிப்பதற்கான ஒரு நிகழ்வை மத்திய கனரக தொழில்துறை அமைச்சர் தொடங்கி வைத்து உரையாற்றினார். 
• ஆட்டோமொபைல் தொழிலை மேம்படுத்த அமைச்சகம் எடுத்துள்ள முயற்சிகள் மற்றும் விளக்கமும் இந்த நிகழ்வில் இடம்பெற்றது. இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் ஆட்டோமொபைல் துறை, கல்வித்துறை, பிற அமைச்சகங்கள், துறைகள் மற்றும் மாணவர்கள் என 2200-க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
• லக்னோவில் 2023 பிப்ரவரி 13 முதல் 15 வரை நடைபெற்ற ஜி 20-ன் முதல் டிஜிட்டல் பொருளாதார பணிக்குழுக் கூட்டத்தில் கனரக தொழில் துறை அமைச்சகம் பங்கேற்றது.
• பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி, 24 மார்ச் 2023 அன்று, 'இந்திய மூலதனப் பொருட்கள் துறையில் போட்டித்திறனை மேம்படுத்துதல், கட்டம் 2' என்ற திட்டத்தின் கீழ், கனரக தொழில் துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் நிதியுதவியுடன் அமைக்கப்படும் இயந்திரக் கருவிகள் வடிவமைப்புக்கான சிறப்பு மையத்திற்கு (சிஓஇ) அடிக்கல் நாட்டினார்.
• நகர்ப்புற எரிவாயு விநியோகம் தொடர்பான கூட்டு ஒத்துழைப்புக்காக இந்திரபிரஸ்தா கேஸ் லிமிடெட் நிறுவனத்துடன் பெல் நிறுவனம் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் கையெழுத்திட்டுள்ளது. இந்தப் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் மத்திய அரசின் தேசிய பசுமை ஹைட்ரஜன் திட்டத்திற்கு பங்களிக்க உதவும்.
• மின்சார பேருந்துத் திட்டத்திற்காக, வெளியுறவு அமைச்சகம் மற்றும் அமெரிக்க அரசுடன் இணைந்து கனரக தொழில் துறை அமைச்சகம் பணியாற்றியுள்ளது. இதன் விளைவாக இந்தியாவும் அமெரிக்காவும் கூட்டறிக்கை வெளியிட்டன.
• பெங்களூருவில் உள்ள மத்திய உற்பத்தி தொழில்நுட்ப நிறுவனம் (சி.எம்.டி.ஐ) மற்றும் பெங்களூருவில் உள்ள இந்திய அறிவியல் நிறுவனம் (ஐ.ஐ.எஸ்.சி) ஆகியவற்றுடன் இணைந்து கனரக தொழில்துறை அமைச்சகம் 2023 ஜூலை 3 மற்றும் 4 தேதிகளில் பெங்களூரில் 'ரோபோடிக்ஸ் குறித்த தேசிய மாநாட்டை' நடத்தியது. இந்தத் தேசிய மாநாட்டுக்கு பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி தமது வாழ்த்துக்களைத் தெரிவித்தார். இந்த மாநாட்டில் நாடு முழுவதிலுமிருந்து நிபுணர்கள், ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்கள், தொழில்துறை தலைவர்கள் ஒன்றுகூடி உற்பத்தித் துறையில் ரோபோட்டிக்ஸின் முன்னேற்றம், சவால்கள் மற்றும் மாற்றத்துக்கான சாத்தியக்கூறுகள் குறித்து விவாதித்தனர். 
• 2047-ம் ஆண்டுக்குள் கார்பன் வெளியேற்றத்தைத் தவிர்க்கும் இலக்கை அடையும் நோக்கில் பெல் நிறுவனத்தை பசுமை நிறுவனமாக மாற்றும் முயற்சியை மத்திய கனரக வாகனங்கள் துறை அமைச்சர் தொடங்கி வைத்தார். 
• மத்திய அரசின் தூய்மை இந்தியா திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பெல் நிறுவனம் மேற்கொண்ட பல்வேறு முயற்சிகளின் விளைவாக நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள பெல் நிறுவனத்தின் 14 நகரங்கள் கடந்த 3 ஆண்டுகளாக ஒரு முறை பயன்படுத்தக்கூடிய பிளாஸ்டிக் இல்லா மண்டலங்களாக சான்றளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
• தெலங்கானாவில் உள்ள 5x800 மெகாவாட் யாதத்ரி அனல் மின் நிலையத்திற்கான நைட்ரஜன் வாயு வெளியேற்றத்தைக் கட்டுப்படுத்துவதற்காக இந்தியாவின் முதல் தொகுப்பு வினையூக்கி உலைகளை (எஸ்.சி.ஆர்) பெல் வெற்றிகரமாகத் தயாரித்துள்ளது. இந்த வினையூக்கிகள் இதுவரை இறக்குமதி செய்யப்பட்டன.
• அக்டோபர் 18, 2023 அன்று புதுதில்லி, பிரகதி மைதானத்தில் உள்ள பாரத் மண்டபத்தில் இந்திய ஆட்டோமொபைல் சங்கம் ஏற்பாடு செய்த மின்சார வாகனங்கள் தொடர்பான பேரணியை மத்திய கனரக தொழில் துறை அமைச்சர் டாக்டர் மகேந்திர நாத் பாண்டே கொடியசைத்து தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
• 2023 அக்டோபர் 2 முதல் அக்டோபர் 31 வரை தூய்மை குறித்த அதன் சிறப்பு இயக்கத்தை கனரக தொழில் துறை அமைச்சகம் வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்தியது. 781 இயக்கத்தை நடத்தியது. குப்பைகளை அகற்றியதன் மூலம் மொத்த வருவாய் ரூ.5.78 கோடி, இந்த அமைச்சகத்துக்குக் கிடைத்த்து. 
• பெல் நிறுவனம் 16 மேம்படுத்தப்பட்ட சூப்பர் ரேபிட் துப்பாக்கி மவுண்ட்களை (எஸ்.ஆர்.ஜி.எம்) வழங்குவதற்காக பாதுகாப்பு அமைச்சகத்துடன் ரூ. 2956.89 கோடிக்கு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் கையெழுத்திட்டுள்ளது. இவை இந்திய கடற்படையின் சேவையில் உள்ள மற்றும் புதிதாக கட்டப்படும் கப்பல்களில் நிறுவப்படும்.

Major initiatives, achievements and events organized by the Ministry of Heavy Industries during the year

• Activities and Major Achievements of Ministry of Heavy Industries 2023: Fund allocation for “Fame India 2.0” project, the second phase of the project to increase the production and rapid introduction of electric vehicles in India, Rs. 11,500 crore has been approved. The project focuses on increasing electrification of public transport.
• Under the second phase of FAME India scheme, electric vehicle manufacturers will be given Rs. 5,228 crore has been given as subsidy.
• Under Fam – 2, orders have been placed for 3390 electric buses.
• A total of 148 electric vehicle public charging stations have been launched. On 28.3.2023, the Ministry announced Rs 800 crore to public sector oil marketing companies Indian Oil (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum (PBCL) and Hindustan Petroleum (HPCL) for setting up 7432 public charging stations across the country under the FAM-2.0 scheme.
• With a view to improving India's manufacturing capabilities and exports in the automobile and automobile components sector, over 5 years Rs. 25,938 crore with a total allocation of 25,938 crores has been approved by the Central Government for a productive incentive scheme for this sector.

• Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, on 24 March 2023, laid the foundation stone for a Center of Excellence (COE) for Machine Tool Design, funded by the Ministry of Heavy Industries, under the 'Enhancing Competitiveness in India's Capital Goods Sector, Phase 2' programme.
• Bell has signed an MoU with Indraprastha Gas Limited for joint cooperation in sub-urban gas supply. This MoU will help contribute to the Central Government's National Green Hydrogen Programme.
• The Ministry of Heavy Industry has worked with the Ministry of External Affairs and the US Government for the electric bus project. As a result, India and the US issued a joint statement.
• Ministry of Heavy Industries in association with Central Manufacturing Technology Institute (CMTI) Bangalore and Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (IISC) organized 'National Conference on Robotics' on 3rd and 4th July 2023 in Bangalore. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi extended his greetings to this National Conference. The conference brought together experts, researchers and industry leaders from across the country to discuss the progress, challenges and potential for change in robotics in the manufacturing sector.
• The Union Minister of Heavy Vehicles launched an initiative to make Bell a green company with a view to achieving zero carbon emissions by 2047.
• 14 Bell cities across the country have been certified as Single Use Plastic Free Zones for the last 3 years as a result of various initiatives undertaken by Bell under the Central Government's Clean India programme.
• Bell has successfully manufactured India's first batch catalytic reactor (SCR) for controlling nitrogen gas emissions for the 5x800 MW Yadatri Thermal Power Plant in Telangana. These catalysts were imported until now.
• On October 18, 2023 Union Minister of Heavy Industries Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey flagged off the Rally on Electric Vehicles organized by Automobile Association of India at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
• Ministry of Heavy Industries successfully conducted its special drive on cleanliness from 2nd October to 31st October 2023. 781 conducted the operation. A total revenue of Rs.5.78 crore has been generated by the Ministry through garbage disposal.
• Bell has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Defense to supply 16 upgraded Super Rapid Rifle Mounts (SRGMs) at a cost of Rs. 2956.89 crore has been signed. These will be installed on in-service and newly built ships of the Indian Navy.
