தேசிய சட்ட சேவைகள் தினம் 2023 / NATIONAL LEGAL SERVICES DAY 2023: ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் நவம்பர் 9 அன்று, தேசிய சட்ட சேவைகள் தினம், 1987 ஆம் ஆண்டு சட்ட சேவைகள் ஆணையத்தின் தொடக்கத்தைக் குறிக்கும் வகையில் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது,
இது 1995 ஆம் ஆண்டு நடைமுறைக்கு வந்தது. நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள மாநில சட்ட சேவைகள் அதிகாரிகள் தேசிய சட்ட சேவைகள் தினத்தில் மக்களுக்குத் தெரிவிக்க சட்ட விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்வுகளை நடத்துகின்றனர்.

மாவட்ட அளவில்- 673 மாவட்ட சட்ட சேவைகள் ஆணையங்கள் (DLSAs)
தாலுகா நிலை- 2465 தாலுகா சட்ட சேவைகள் குழுக்கள் (TLSCs)
தேசிய சட்ட சேவை தினத்தின் நோக்கம் என்ன?
தேசிய சட்ட சேவைகள் தினம் 2023 / NATIONAL LEGAL SERVICES DAY 2023: ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் நவம்பர் 9 அன்று, தேசிய சட்ட சேவை தினமாக நாடு முழுவதும் அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது. நவம்பர் 9, 1995 இல், இது நடைமுறைக்கு வந்தது.

What Is The Purpose Of National Legal Service Day?
NATIONAL LEGAL SERVICES DAY 2023: Every year on November 9, the nation as a whole observes National Legal Service Day. On November 9, 1995, it went into effect. The purpose of the Day is to raise public awareness of the different sections of the Legal Services Authorities Act as well as the rights of litigants.
In accordance with the Legal Services Authorities Act of 1987, NALSA was established to arrange Lok Adalats for the peaceful resolution of disputes and to offer free legal services to the less fortunate members of society.

NATIONAL LEGAL SERVICES DAY 2023: According to Article 39A of the Indian Constitution, the State must ensure that the functioning of the legal system promotes justice on the basis of equal opportunity.

NATIONAL LEGAL SERVICES DAY 2023: National Legal Services Day 2023 Theme is Access to Justice for All: Empowering the Marginalised through Legal Awareness. It means providing free legal counselling and awareness sessions to those who are not very well versed with the mechanics of it.
