- இந்தியாவின் மொத்த ஜிடிபியில் 9.47 சதவிகிதத்தை தமிழ்நாடு பங்களிக்கிறது. 2021-22 நிதியாண்டில் தமிழ்நாடுதான் இந்தியாவில் நம்பர் 2 மாநிலம். தமிழ்நாட்டில் மாநில ஜிடிபி ₹19.02 லட்சம் கோடியில் இருந்து ₹21.79 லட்சம் கோடியாக உயர்ந்து உள்ளது.
- 2031ல் 1 ட்ரில்லியன் பொருளாதாரத்தை அடையும் இலக்குடன் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு பல்வேறு திட்டங்களையும் வகுத்து வருகிறது. முக்கியமாக தொழிற்துறையில் மட்டும் 23 லட்சம் கோடியை முதலீடாக பெறும் திட்டங்கள் வகுக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளன. இது மொத்தம் 46 லட்சம் வேலைவாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்கும்.
- தமிழ்நாட்டில் முதலீடுகளை கண்காணிக்க, முதலீடுகளை ஊக்குவிக்க The Guidance Bureau என்ற பிரிவு அரசு மூலம் இயக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. முதலீடுகளை கண்காணிக்க, ஊக்குவிக்க, அனுமதி அளிக்க, ஈர்க்க உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து பணிகளையும் மேற்கொள்ளும் ஒற்றை பிரிவாக இந்த The Guidance Bureau செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது.
- அதேபோல் தமிழ்நாடு ஸ்டார்ட் அப் நிறுவனங்களை வளர்க்கவும் பல்வேறு திட்டங்களை வகுத்து வருகிறது. இதற்காகவே டான்ஸீட் என்ற அமைப்பையும் தமிழ்நாடு உருவாக்கி உள்ளது. அதாவது Tamil Nadu Startup Seed Grant Fund (TANSEED) என்று அமைப்பை உருவாக்கி உள்ளது.
- இந்த அமைப்பு சார்பாக முதல்வர் ஸ்டாலின் முக்கியமான அறிவிப்பு ஒன்றை வெளியிட்டு உள்ளார். இந்த அமைப்பு பொதுவாக தமிழ்நாட்டில் ஸ்டார்ட் அப் தொடங்க விரும்பும் நபர்களுக்கு நிதி உதவி தருவது, அவர்களுக்கு தேவையான உதவிகளை செய்வது, தொழில்களை தொடங்க இடம் அளிப்பது உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு பணிகளை செய்து வருகிறது.
- இந்த உதவி மூலம் தொடங்கப்படும் ஸ்டார்ட் அப் சரியாக செயல்படுகிறதா என்றும் ஆய்வு மேற்கொள்ளும். இந்த நிலையில் இவர்கள் வழங்கும் நிதி உதவி 10 லட்சம் ரூபாயில் இருந்து 15 லட்சமாக உயர்த்தப்படுவதாக முதல்வர் ஸ்டாலின் அறிவித்துள்ளார்.
- இயற்கை தொடர்பாக கிரீன் டெக் நிறுவங்கள், பெண்கள் தொடங்கும் ஸ்டார்ட் அப் நிறுவனங்கள் ஆகியவற்றிற்கு இதில் முன்னுரிமை கொடுக்கப்படும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு அரசு தெரிவித்துள்ளது. இதன் மூலம் 15 லட்சம் ரூபாய் 3 கட்டங்களாக பிரித்து கொடுக்கப்படும்.
- பெண்கள் தொடங்கும் ஸ்டார்ட் அப் நிறுவனங்களுக்கும் இலவச ஆபிஸ் அலுவலகங்கள் வழங்கப்படும். இதற்கு வாடகை கொடுக்க வேண்டியது இல்லை. மற்ற நிறுவனங்களுக்கு co-working spaces பகுதிகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
- StartupTN என்ற டெஸ்க் இதற்காக உருவாக்கப்பட்டு எளிதாக எல்லோருக்கும் அனுமதி வழங்கப்படும். இவர்கள் உருவாக்கும் பொருட்களை மாநில அரசே கொள்முதல் செய்யும் திட்டமும் உள்ளது.
- மாநில அரசு கொள்முதல் செய்யும் வகையிலான பொருட்களை இந்த ஸ்டார்ட் அப் நிறுவனங்கள் மூலமாக உருவாக்கவும் வாய்ப்பு வழங்கப்படும். இதற்காக முதல் கட்டமாக 1.25 கோடி ஒதுக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது.
- 25 ஸ்டார்ட் அப் நிறுவனங்களுக்கு முதல் தவணையாக 5 லட்சம் ரூபாய் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது. இவர்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டுவதற்காக MentorTN என்ற தனி தளமும் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
- இந்த தளம் மூலம் தொழில் தொடங்கிய பின் ஏற்படும் சந்தேங்கங்களை ஸ்டார்ட் அப் நிறுவனங்கள் தீர்த்துக்கொள்ள முடியும், என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

- Chief Minister Stalin has made an important announcement on behalf of this organization. This organization generally provides financial assistance to people who want to start a start-up in Tamil Nadu, provides them with necessary assistance, and provides space to start businesses.
- The start-up launched with this assistance will also be examined to see if it is functioning properly. In this situation, Chief Minister Stalin has announced that the financial assistance provided by them will be increased from 10 lakh rupees to 15 lakh rupees.
- The Tamil Nadu government has said that priority will be given to nature-based green tech companies and start-up companies started by women. 15 lakh rupees will be disbursed in 3 phases.
- Free office space will also be provided to start-ups started by women. There is no need to pay rent for this. Other companies will be provided with co-working spaces.
- A desk called StartupTN has been created for this and will be easily accessible to everyone. There is also a plan for the state government to purchase the products they make. These start-up companies will also be given the opportunity to manufacture the types of products procured by the state government.
- 1.25 crore has been earmarked for this in the first phase. 5 lakh rupees has been allocated as the first installment to 25 start-up companies. It is noteworthy that a separate platform called MentorTN has also been created to guide them. It is to be noted that through this platform, the start-up companies can solve the doubts that arise after starting the business.
