• பெண்கள் தொழில் முனைவோர் தளம் (WEP) என்பது, இந்தியாவின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளைச் சேர்ந்த பெண்களை ஒன்றிணைத்து, அவர்களின் தொழில் முனைவோர் அபிலாஷைகளை நிறைவேற்றும் வகையில், அதன் வகையான முதல், ஒருங்கிணைந்த அணுகல் போர்டல் ஆகும். இது NITI ஆயோக்கின் முன்முயற்சியாகும்.
• இந்தியா முழுவதும் உள்ள பெண்களுக்கு அவர்களின் தொழில் முனைவோர் அபிலாஷைகள், அளவிலான புதுமையான முன்முயற்சிகள் மற்றும் அவர்களின் வணிகங்களுக்கான நிலையான, நீண்ட கால உத்திகளை நனவாக்க ஒரு சுற்றுச்சூழல் அமைப்பை உருவாக்குவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டது.
• புதிய இந்தியாவை உருவாக்கி அதிகாரம் அளிக்கும் பெண் தொழில்முனைவோரின் எண்ணிக்கையை கணிசமாக அதிகரிக்க இந்த தளம் விரும்புகிறது. இந்த அபிலாஷைகள் WEP கட்டப்பட்ட மூன்று தூண்களில் வெளிப்படுகிறது:
• இச்சா சக்தி (ஆர்வமுள்ள தொழில்முனைவோரை தங்கள் நிறுவனத்தைத் தொடங்க ஊக்குவிக்கிறது)
• கியான் சக்தி (பெண்கள் தொழில்முனைவோருக்கு தொழில்முனைவோரை வளர்ப்பதற்கு அறிவு மற்றும் சுற்றுச்சூழல் ஆதரவை வழங்குதல்)
• கர்ம சக்தி (தொழில்முனைவோருக்கு தொழில்களை நிறுவுதல் மற்றும் அளவிடுதல் ஆகியவற்றில் கைகோர்த்து ஆதரவை வழங்குதல்).
• அரசு மற்றும் தனியார் துறை திட்டங்கள் மற்றும் முன்முயற்சிகள் முழுவதும் தகவல்களை நெறிப்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் ஆர்வமுள்ள மற்றும் நிறுவப்பட்ட பெண் தொழில்முனைவோர் எதிர்கொள்ளும் இடையூறுகளை நிவர்த்தி செய்வதை WEP நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

வழங்கப்படும் சேவைகள்

• இலவச கடன் மதிப்பீடுகள், வழிகாட்டுதல், பெண் தொழில்முனைவோருக்கு நிதியுதவி ஆதரவு, தொழிற்பயிற்சி மற்றும் பெருநிறுவன கூட்டாண்மை போன்ற சேவைகளை வழங்குவதற்கு கூடுதலாக; பரஸ்பர கற்றலை வளர்ப்பதற்காக தங்கள் தொழில் முனைவோர் பயணங்கள், கதைகள் மற்றும் அனுபவங்களைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள WEP தொழில்முனைவோரை ஊக்குவிக்கும்.
• WEP இயங்குதளம், மாற்றத்தின் இயக்கியாக, பங்குதாரர் நிறுவனங்களுடன் இணைந்து, சாத்தியமான பெண் தொழில்முனைவோர் மத்தியில் தொழில் முனைவோர் உணர்வை ஊக்குவிக்க ஆஃப்லைன் முயற்சிகள் மற்றும் அவுட்ரீச் திட்டங்களை ஊக்குவிக்கும்.

ENGLISH

• The Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP) is a first of its kind, unified access portal which brings together women from different parts of India to realize their entrepreneurial aspirations. It is an initiative of NITI Aayog.
• The initiative is aimed at building an ecosystem for women across India to realize their entrepreneurial aspirations, scale-up innovative initiatives and chalk-out sustainable, long-term strategies for their businesses.
• The platform aspires to substantially increase the number of women entrepreneurs who will create and empower a dynamic New India. These aspirations are manifest in the three pillars on which WEP is built:
• Ichha Shakti (motivating aspiring entrepreneurs to start their enterprise)
• Gyaan Shakti (providing knowledge and ecosystem support to women entrepreneurs to help them foster entrepreneurship)
• Karma Shakti (providing hands-on support to entrepreneurs in setting-up and scaling up businesses).
• WEP aims to address the bottlenecks faced by both aspiring and established women entrepreneurs by streamlining information across government and private sector schemes and initiatives.

Services offered

• In addition to providing services such as free credit ratings, mentorship, funding support to women entrepreneurs, apprenticeship and corporate partnerships; WEP will encourage entrepreneurs to share their entrepreneurial journeys, stories & experiences to nurture mutual learning.
• WEP platform, as a driver of change, will also promote offline initiatives and outreach programmes to promote entrepreneurial spirit among potential women entrepreneurs, in collaboration with partner organizations.
