• சமக்ரா ஷிக்ஷா என்பது பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறைக்கு முன்பள்ளி முதல் 12ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை விரிவடையும் திட்டமாகும். பள்ளிக் கல்விக்கான சம வாய்ப்புகள் மற்றும் சமமான கற்றல் விளைவுகளின் அடிப்படையில் பள்ளி செயல்திறனை மேம்படுத்தும் பரந்த குறிக்கோளுடன் இந்தத் திட்டம் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 
• இது சர்வ சிக்ஷா அபியான் (SSA), ராஷ்ட்ரிய மத்யமிக் ஷிக்ஷா அபியான் (RMSA) மற்றும் ஆசிரியர் கல்வி (TE) ஆகிய மூன்று திட்டங்களை உள்ளடக்கி 2018 இல் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
• இத்திட்டம் 1.16 மில்லியன் பள்ளிகள், 156 மில்லியன் மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் 5.7 மில்லியன் அரசு ஆசிரியர்களை உள்ளடக்கியது. மற்றும் உதவிபெறும் பள்ளிகள் (முன்-தொடக்க முதல் மேல்நிலை நிலை வரை).

நோக்கங்கள்

• தேசிய கல்விக் கொள்கை 2020 (NEP 2020) பரிந்துரைகளை செயல்படுத்துவதில் மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களை ஆதரிக்கவும்.
• இலவச மற்றும் கட்டாயக் கல்விக்கான குழந்தைகளின் உரிமை (RTE) சட்டம், 2009ஐ செயல்படுத்துவதில் மாநிலங்களுக்கு ஆதரவு;
• ஆரம்பகால குழந்தைப் பருவ பராமரிப்பு மற்றும் கல்வியில் கவனம் செலுத்துங்கள்
• அடிப்படை எழுத்தறிவு மற்றும் எண்கணிதத்திற்கு முக்கியத்துவம்
• மாணவர்களிடையே 21 ஆம் நூற்றாண்டின் திறன்களை வழங்குவதற்கு முழுமையான, ஒருங்கிணைந்த, உள்ளடக்கிய மற்றும் செயல்பாட்டு அடிப்படையிலான பாடத்திட்டம் மற்றும் கற்பித்தல் ஆகியவற்றின் மீது உந்துதல்.
• தரமான கல்வியை வழங்குதல் மற்றும் மாணவர்களின் கற்றல் விளைவுகளை மேம்படுத்துதல்;
• பள்ளிக் கல்வியில் சமூக மற்றும் பாலின இடைவெளிகளைக் குறைத்தல்;
• பள்ளிக் கல்வியின் அனைத்து நிலைகளிலும் சமத்துவம் மற்றும் உள்ளடக்கத்தை உறுதி செய்தல்;
• கல்வி ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் பயிற்சிக்கான மாநில கவுன்சில்கள் (SCERTகள்)/மாநில கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் கல்வி மற்றும் பயிற்சிக்கான மாவட்ட நிறுவனங்கள் (DIET) ஆகியவற்றை ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சிக்கான நோடல் ஏஜென்சியாக வலுப்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் மேம்படுத்துதல்.
• பாதுகாப்பான, பாதுகாப்பான மற்றும் உகந்த கற்றல் சூழலை உறுதி செய்தல் மற்றும் பள்ளிக் கல்வி ஏற்பாடுகளில் குறைந்தபட்ச தரநிலைகள்;

ENGLISH

• Samagra Shiksha is an overarching programme for the school education sector extending from pre-school to class 12. 
• The scheme has been prepared with the broader goal of improving school effectiveness measured in terms of equal opportunities for schooling and equitable learning outcomes. 
• It subsumes the three Schemes of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) and Teacher Education (TE) and was launched in 2018.
• The scheme covers 1.16 million schools, over 156 million students and 5.7 million Teachers of Govt. and Aided schools (from pre-primary to senior secondary level).

Objectives

• Support States and UTs in implementing the recommendations of the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020).
• Support States in implementation of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009;
• Focus on Early Childhood Care and Education
• Emphasis on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy
• Thrust on Holistic, Integrated, Inclusive and activity based Curriculum and Pedagogy to impart 21st century skills among the students.
• Provision of quality education and enhancing learning outcomes of students;
• Bridging Social and Gender Gaps in School Education;
• Ensuring equity and inclusion at all levels of school education;
• Strengthening and up-gradation of State Councils for Educational Research and Training (SCERTs)/State Institutes of Education and District Institutes for Education and Training (DIET) as a nodal agency for teacher training.
• Ensuring safe, secure and conducive learning environment and minimum standards in schooling provisions;
• Promoting vocationalisation of education
