ஊட்டச்சத்து குறைபாடு இல்லாத தமிழகம் / NON MALNOURISHED TAMILNADU

• இரண்டாவது திட்டமானது, ஊட்டச்சத்து குறைபாடு இல்லாத தமிழகத்தை உருவாக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் உருவாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. ஆட்சிக்கு வந்த பிறகு எடுக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு புள்ளிவிவரத்தில் கிடைத்த தகவல் மிக மிக மன வேதனையைத் தருவதாக இருக்கிறது. 
• தமிழ்நாட்டில் உள்ள 6 வயதுக்கு உட்பட்ட குழந்தைகளைப் பரிசோதித்ததில் அவர்களில் பெரும்பாலானவர்கள் ஊட்டச்சத்துக் குறைபாடு உள்ளவர்களாக இருந்தார்கள். 
• வயதுக்கேற்ற எடையும் இல்லை; வயதுக்கேற்ற உயரமும் இல்லை. மிக, மிக, மெலிந்து இருக்கின்றார்கள். உடலில் உறுதி இல்லாவிட்டால் அவர்களது எதிர்காலம் என்பது கேள்விக்குறியாக ஆகிவிடும் என்பதை உணர்ந்து இதற்கென தனியாக ஒரு திட்டத்தைத் தீட்ட நான் ஆலோசனை கூறினேன்.
• 6 வயதுக்கு உட்பட்ட குழந்தைகளை நலமுடன் வளர்த்தெடுக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் இத்திட்டம் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. பரந்துபட்ட அளவில் குழந்தைகளுக்கு மருத்துவப் பரிசோதனைகள் செய்ய இருக்கிறோம். 
• மருத்துவ உதவி தேவைப்படும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு மருத்துவ உதவியும், ஊட்டச்சத்து தேவைப்படும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு சிறப்பு ஊட்டச்சத்து திட்டம் ஒன்றும் ஏற்படுத்த அரசு முடிவெடுத்துள்ளது.
• இத்திட்டத்தின்கீழ், குழந்தைகள் பயனடைவார்கள். தமிழகக் குழந்தைகள் அனைவரையும் திடமான, ஊட்டச்சத்துக் குறைபாடில்லாதவர்களாக மாற்றுவதற்கான திட்டமாக இதனை நாம் வடிவமைத்துள்ளோம்.

• The second project is aimed at creating a nutrition-free Tamil Nadu. The information obtained from a statistic taken after coming to power is very, very distressing.
• Most of the children under the age of 6 in Tamil Nadu tested were malnourished.
• There is no age-appropriate weight; No age-appropriate height. They are very, very, very thin. Realizing that their future would be in question if the body was not sure, I advised them to devise a plan for this alone.
• The program was launched with the aim of raising children under the age of 6 in good health. We have a wide range of clinical trials for children.
• The government has decided to provide medical assistance to children in need of medical assistance and a special nutrition program for children in need of nutrition.
• Under the scheme, children will benefit. We have designed this as a project to make all Tamil Nadu children solid and malnourished.
